Had a great experience purchasing a print from FineArtAmerica. Fast and efficient. The packaging was exceptional, multiple layers to protect the print. Highly recommend! Thank you, Fine Art!
FineArtAmerica is very easy to navigate. No problems with ordering or paying. The quality of the art work is very good. Really resembles my cat. A beautiful picture.
Art whether photos or canvas has always been reproduced beautifully and wrapped for shipment like crystal!
As a lark, after seeing one with Madonna's image, I googled "Noel Coward shower curtain", and ordered one from FAA, frankly expecting "OK" at best. Much, much better -- a wonderful likeness printed on high quality material. Highly recommended.
Received it in a timely fashion. Exactly what I ordered. Customer service was great through the process too. Will return business when I need another picture.
Acquiring pieces from Fine Art America is a very satisfactory experience as the quality of the printing is very good. Ofcourse, it also depends on the artist''s work. The Buddha images of Mr. Houri are particularly special
& very professionally done.
I loved the selection of art, then after choosing what I wanted, being able to choose the size, then the mat and frame color. When it arrived, it was ready to hang, and even included the hardware.
I joined and the next day my password is locked out. They show a 7/24 help line. But it isn't for members. Only orders and shipping. Why put that on the same page as a help line to manage your artist account. And they have it in BIG BOLD Numbers. You can only get help online or their prepared answers to questions. They promote their tech support. Really. I did get an email back. But with no solution to my problem. Only a message saying that they would be in touch. They were just in touch with me! Give me the help that is promised. The only saving grace is that I didn't fall for the upgrade scam for $30.00. Now I'm very suspicious of FineArtAmerica. I go and google the reviews. Wow many had the same problem as I did. Poor customer service. There were way too many neg. Reviews for me to even pursue this any further.
I put my art in high regard. This company FineArtAmerica can only hurt your reputation as an artist. I makes you look like a fly by night entity like they are. Not for me BYE BYE FAA.
Fine Art America is an easy website to navigate. It has a huge choice of art and the prices are reasonable. My purchase which was a gift arrived on time and in perfect condition.
I love the variety of items you can choose for your art picks to be displayed on. I like the blank note cards.
I bought this for my dad. My daughter had done the watercolor. I wanted him to have something he loves from those who love hi.
This is exactly what I was looking for. It also came in the size I needed. I have a small area in my kitchen in which I wanted to put a print.
The items from this seller were shipped safely, securely, and with great speed. They surpassed my expectations and I'll be displaying them for a long time.
I ordered a Richard Pryor painting. The painting was perfectly packaged and looked great. The shipping was fast and arrived quickly. I knew the status of my order at all time. Highly recommend this site!
Delighted with my pictures in my newly decorated living room. Much admired by all. Really good quality and turned out beautufully when framed. Delivered well packaged. Will definitely buy from this site either for myself or for gifts.
The pillows arrived promptly. The material and picture detail were excellent and surpassed my expectations. Would recommend and would purchase again.
Beautiful print by a world famous artist Michael Foltz- from MSU. Great customer service.

This artist is my neighbor and takes incredible pictures of flora, fauna, mountains, etc of the desert southwest. They are then used on totes, prints, mugs and many other things. I recently ordered notecards that are so beautiful! Very pleased with this business!
I recently purchased the painting entitled "The World Weeps for a Spiritual Awakening" from Fine Art America. I love that you can customize the size of the print and the type of canvas it's printed on, and most of the options are extremely affordable. As a broke college student I was able to make my new apartment feel a lot more like home. The service was wonderful, the painting came earlier than they estimated and in perfect condition, rolled in a tube so there were no creases or folds or wrinkles when it arrived. I'm very glad I found this site and I hope to buy more art from them in the future.
I ordered 6 acrylic prints. They arrived with no hardware to hang them even though I selected mount with aluminum pegs for each. Also two of the prints I paid for were never sent. 1.5 weeks later and I still don't have the hardware. All of my expensive prints are sitting on the floor of my open business! I am also having to pay the person I hired to hang the prints twice since I did not know there was no hardware until after he arrived and we unpackaged everything.
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
