People look for cards online when the cards at the local pharmacy are uninspiring. It's hard to find cards online with no inscription that are suitable for birthdays, anniversaries and Valentine's Day. FineArtAmerica had several cards that were lovely and unusual, and I thought they were right for that purpose. I was able to add the inscriptions I wanted.
As a buyer and supporter of artists on Fine Art America, I've experienced repeated technical problems. My partner's premium artist account has ongoing issues with visitor stats freezing, pausing, or failing to update (often for days), with pending views frequently lost on resume. These problems are account-specific—other artists report normal updates. Support tickets receive slow or no responses, and issues recur frequently.
Navigation glitches (scroll arrows resetting or showing "forbidden" errors) and intermittent comment visibility add to the frustration. While the print-on-demand service is useful, the unreliable backend and poor support significantly diminish the experience for creators and users.

I have used Fine Art America a number of times over the past few years, and every piece that I have purchased has been of a very high quality. The framing options are plentiful and the finished products are excellent. The packaging and delivery of each piece has been of a high standard and delivered on time, every time without issue. I cannot fault Fine Art America, a very professional organisation!
I was looking for a colorful, easy to see poster for a class of children. This was just what I was looking for. I think it will be very helpful, as I teach and the children can follow along the timeline.
I was kept aware of when my order was shipping and it's arrival was on time. The quality of the notecards I ordered was very good. Overall, an easy experience from ordering to receiving the notecards (artist Brooke Letson).

Site described product 100% accurately. Shipping & delivery were very fast. Item was a bit delicate, however, it was very well packaged and could have gone through an earthquake. Delighted with entire experience. Second time dealing with FineArtAmerica and it will not be my last.

Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
