I bought tickets to the AIrOtic show and made an error in booking of dates. I clicked Sunday slots when booking and was ticketed for the Thursday night show in DC. I discovered the error and contacted the customer support team to try and rectify the situation. The customer service team defaulted on their policy and offered my nothing in return for my troubles. They stole $200 USD from me for a show I didn't get to see, and very extremely unhelpful. I asked for management or anyone who can do something about this and keep getting the same response of them sticking to their policy. When I took their customer service survey they had a drop down menu option of "Refund policy too rigid." They are well aware that they have a very poor refund and exchange policy and are more than okay with stealing money from customers and offering zero compensation of any sort. I echo other sentiments of other reviewers that they are thieves with poor customer service skills. They have a poor user interface on their booking website where errors like this can occur easily and refuse to rectify anything. You have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word as much as I can, because fever ups poor handling of the situation is absolutely abysmal and I do not wish their poor customer service experience on anyone
SCAM. I will be looking to make sure events are not run by this company, Id NEVER go again. Waste of time.
It is the company's fault that I ended up wasting time and Uber fare to get there just to find out it was closed. Not only were there no signs, emails, or texts stating it was canceled, there wasn't even a refund that was automatically given. I had to ask an unrelated area 15 staff.
What you guys expect people to reach out to you to get a refund? That's ridiculous. You guys did the BARE MINIMUM in giving me a refund for the tickets when I HAD TO ASK, but you tell me there is no way you could give me a refund for my Uber fare? When it's this company incompetence? Worst company ever.
Not only that, I had to go to the BBB to request the refund, when I emailed you all over A WEEK AGO. Your team said my case had been "escalated". Escalated means you wait a week for a refund I should've gotten automatically without having to first email YOU?
Over a week later after getting response after going to the BBB, they said my refund has been processed. You've lost my trust and this was the first time I've ever dealt with you, I'll be keeping an eye out for the refund. Scammers. I'm going to report you again you guys don't deserve to be a company

This company policy is very poor.
Booked 2 tickets to Van Gogh. Covid reasons only I could go. Contacted fever and they wouldn't refund or give me a credit to use for next time. *******@Fever had No understanding, treated like a nothing, poor customer service. I will never use this company again.

This is not an honest company with which to deal. Their policies are illegal in Australia. They made a mistake in the ticketing for our purchase by their own admission, but consistently refused a refund. Their website is faulty, since it is impossible to purchase a mixture of adult and senior tickets. When I realised they had issued me with three senior tickets instead of the two adult tickets and one senior ticket I had requested, I contacted them by phone and email to seek a fix, which should have been as simple as paying the difference and fixing the tickets at their end. But, no, that's too hard for Fever. We were in the area for 3 days and the show was sold out. We missed the exhibit and Fever's response was, "we never give refunds, but we'll allow you to do something else within 60 days or you'll lose your money". All this because of a website which by their own admission is unfit for service. Update: 19 Apr 22. Fever replied and asked me to repeat details I'd provided several times already. They then restated their refusal to provide a refund under any and all circumstances. I repeat - AVOID this company at all costs. They are criminals.

I had to reschedule my tickets for an event and after submitting the ticket with my explanation, I heard back from customer service within 5 minutes and they were able to give me a voucher so I could reschedule without much hassle at all!

Watch out for this ticketing scam!
I WAS CHARGED TWICE, AUTOMATICALLY FOR AN EVENT I WILL ONLY SEE ONCE.
Can't use the FEVER voucher except for the same event.
FEVER Voucher only good for 60 days for the same event.
You have to remember how and from what site you booked your tickets to make the Fever app align with the transaction in order to get credit for the voucher.
The app is smart enough to distinguish between Google and FB but not smart enough to see you have a credit in your account when you pay for the same event AND there's no place in the process to add your voucher.
I had to change dates.
I just got charged again full price and no credit for the voucher. PLUS ANOTHER $10 for booking convenience fee.
Fooled me once at a loss of a voucher for an event I will have seen once but paid for twice.

When I had to change the date of my booking, I was expecting loads of hassle. However, despite it being bank holiday weekend, my problem was sorted out extremely quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service.

Unfortunately the event was delayed and therefore cancelled for the date we had booked to go, which was disappointing, but I can't fault the customer service which has been excellent (via email) when I enquired about tickets and then when I had to ask for a refund due to the cancellation.

Have an upcoming event and the reservations are made through Fever, the customer service is great. Their team has many features to directly connect you to a representative to help with any problems you can come across. A nice touch that I've noticed is the follow-up emails sent out after each interaction, full with a transcript of what was said between the customer and representative and an open invitation to respond if further clarification is needed. Great service!

Booking for dinner was booked for Wednesday.
They canceled Wednesday and made it the following Tuesday which I couldn't attend.
There was no option to receive my money back and that experience expired. They told me it was my fault I wasn't available on the Tuesday so I can't have a refund.
That's a very low pathetic way to handle a mistake that your business has made. And theft as far as I'm concerned.
The rest of the options are trash. So no I don't want a dumb voucher.

I was stuck in a pinch after accidentally purchasing the wrong ticket set. I submitted a form thinking I might hear back in a couple of days, except I received a response within what must have been 10 minutes. The staff member was incredible helpful and gave me three great options to fix my problem. I selected the option and, again, they were in touch with me within minutes with the voucher. I was really impressed considering it was late at night. 10/10.

Possibly the worst customer service team I've ever dealt with. Make sure you read the small letter because there will be no return after that. They offered a voucher for a purchase I cancelled (in time, as per their ts&cs 48h), I wouldn't dream of a refund with them. Afterwards, they took it back as I didn't confirm instantly and now they're offering nothing. I think they use AI, because their replies are copy/paste. Over and over for 2 months, and still nothing. All of that for 40 eur! I've lost 40 eur, but they've lost a customer and me spreading the word. Avoid dealing with them if you can, there are many others that will treat you like a human and value a happy customer and no revies over 40 eur (I mean, it's just common sense). I was actually planning to use it for a hen party I am organising, so I would have spent quite a lot more with them. It's just bizarre how it all went down….

I made a mistake in oderfing tickets and wanted a refund. The online Customer Service was excellent. Each time the emails I sent were answered promptly. Although the refund took quite sometime. But when the Fever Team ensured me they are on top of it which I finally have received my refund back.
