I have high credit card debt utilization from COVID recovery where our income went to $ZERO, but our bills never skipped a beat-therefore low credit score; even though tons of equity ($400-500,000) and EXCELLENT payment history.
So obviously, the lenders you are connected to, can't see beyond their noses, and ONLY rely on stupid FICO scores which don't tell an accurate picture of the borrower.
