Simply answering these basic questions has been easy enough, so obtaining adequate refi assistance would be awesome.

The new rate has yet to be made, but I'm hopeful that it will after I do the next step.
So far so good. I have a question. Do you help seniors who has a Reverse mortgage? I need a new roof. It has started to leak in my attic. I can't find any grants or any one that can help me. Please help me. Thank you!
It's good this far. I haven't seen any offers. I wanted to see what I qualified for.

I don't like taking phone calls because many predatory lenders have misled me in the past and now so have you. I feel like you have purposely misled me today. I would prefer to be emailed or texted.

I don't know if you know this but I have a friend who is a nurse and she is a nurse and she's a nurse and she is a nurse and she has a lot of experience
Seems like instant success, but it's a loan finder not a lender. No rate, just forwarding info
Why do I have to have good credit when I'm taking out money that is money that belongs to me
I was reluctant at first, but your persistent contacts led me the way. I'm learing how to buy a home the right way. I thank you and your contact's too.
I don't want every lender and their dogs calling or messaging me. I was asked how much of a grant my property would qualify for. I did not request to shop around for lenders to put bids on a refinance. Your ad is misleading and it's bait and switch. Not appropriate. I'm so glad i didn't give my real number. Scammers!
Thought there was a program where you could get free help from the government
For construction upgrades. Not interested in phone calls, just emails.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
