So far it sounds mighty interesting & tempting because as a single aged near retirement aged man who is faced with mulitiple home repair issues etc. it moves me to cash in on the home's potential to be repaired & sell. At 59 years of age, I aspire to witness a beautiful renovation of my childhood home, the property improved & a new happy family ready to embark upon the solitude of good country living near a gorgeous lake & breathtaking scenic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains move in it.
So far it's been easy to just put in a little bit of information and then wait for lenders to call or contact via email.
Misleading. Made me a lead instead of providing the promise of estimated value upfront. Waste of time.
