I'm in a terrible situation. The home is in my mother's name, which she has passed. The home was left to me. The home went into foreclosure which I needed a lawyer. I'm behind in payments which is between $1300 to $1700. I would love to catch up and end the court situation. If anyway you can help it would sure help. If you cannot, just send me a email. My parents took out an equity equity line of credit. I needed help taking care of her which she wanted me to pay the sitter which ran the equity line of credit over $$100,00.

However when you have unusual situation there is no place to put it in. My mother has passed away, left the home to me.At the time of her going down I needed help. She told me to pay the sitter with her equality line of credit. It ran up high and now I'm in a mess. I hope you can help.
