Not sure yet, we only owe 31,000.00 on our property. It needs upgrading, windows kitchen, bath. We do have equity in property. It is a question of what to put in money wise vs how much we can sell for. Ex. We have two bath upstairs and no half bath main floor Installing half bath main floor would give us value for the money. Were looking to lower interest rate. And not willing pay more than we are at this time. Taking more and giving part of it back right is not what feel comfortable doing. We currently owe 46k, with 10 yr left on books, we are getting older and wish to keep the term of 10 yrs, with % rate lower. Clean and straight. We thank you for all your time.
