I do not see anything with a 2.75 rate or close to it, so I think your advertisement is fraudulent. I've already investigated Rocket Mortgage, for example, and their rate is over 5 percent.
Feel like they were just trying to get my phone number to up sale

Quick and easy start to inquiring about a new loan
I responded to an ad that said a federal stimulus program will pay off my mortgage. That was bull$#*!. None of the lenders that called me knew anything about any federal program.
I wanted a rate, not immediate calls. I haven't even decided to do this. And I hate rocket mortgage!
Easy
I don't know what else to say just started in process.
This thing indicates an online quote. That's not what happens. Lenders call and try to get me to refi. I don't want to talk to anyone until I already know the new payment and the new rate as well as the new term. If this can't be provided from the information I've already given then why promise a quote that you can't provide without more info.
Typical spam website to spend thousands to refinance.
I am very disappointed. I was told I could see my new rates at the end of the questions. This was/is not true. At the end of the questions I was told that "these" lenders would call me shortly. I didn't want to be called, I simply wanted to see the available rates... not endure annoying phone calls at inconvenient times.
MISLEADING... AT BEST...
PERHAPS EVEN FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS!
I don't like the lack of transparency that you were gathering my information to sell it to lenders
I fielded out the questions but have not received an answer.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
