I responded to an ad that said a federal stimulus program will pay off my mortgage. That was bull$#*!. None of the lenders that called me knew anything about any federal program.

I am very disappointed. I was told I could see my new rates at the end of the questions. This was/is not true. At the end of the questions I was told that "these" lenders would call me shortly. I didn't want to be called, I simply wanted to see the available rates... not endure annoying phone calls at inconvenient times.
