I just wanted to see rates - I don't want people calling me. The second I put in my phone number the calls start.
I don't want called as soon as I post my phone number. I am busy and I was planning to call myself when I can break away. I don't like to be speed called when I am trying to read up and check something out first and I have alot going on right now I have my grandchildren. Thanks maybe I should have filled this out when I had time to talk. Thr Facebook post was sort of misleading it said it could pay off your mortgage I believe. So thrn when I opened it up I found refinancing not a government program to pay off your mortgage. I refinanced about 6 or 7 months back I really don't know if this would help me adding refinance fees and I'm checking the rate to see if it is low enough to help, my rate now is very low. I really don't like thr fact that I had to do alot more foot work to get everything together to finish thr loan than I ever have before and my payment is lower but it has no escrow and I have to come up with 1200 and something dollars every August for insurance on my home. So that was a hundred dollars dropped I'm still paying and being retired I'm on a fixed income so that's been hard to set back the extra money for that but I'm doing it. But it's deceiving to the people getting the refinancing sure the payment drops but it puts a extra bill on you like me 1200 in August every year and I had Teo back surgeries so I went on disability at 55 with 36 years at a big company so I don't have to pay land taxes now I'm 62 now. If I had to pay property tax plus my insurance not having an escrow account is really a very bad thing for consumers it's deceiving to the consumers about the amount their payments drop. It is better with the lower interest rates but you also have to factor in the cost of the loans before you refinance again and if the interest rates have came down enough to justify doing it again, Thanks Dennis Allred Jr.
I initiated a call for another program Fha for home who pays over 999.oo

Not pushey, just taking it slow. In the middle of building my own home. Work construction as supervisor for 21years. After home is finished, worth about One and 1/2 millon. My forever home not thinking about selling it. Unless a offer is too good to say No too.
About what I expected, just like all other web pages offering same kinds of services, and with all of them - just like this one - you end up in the same place - with the same lenders.
You're saying people who haven't missed a payment can receive 145,000 dollars to pay on there house. I haven't missed a payment and i only owe 57,000 on mine. If i can get money to pay my house off as the Government is offering, because I'm not trying to refinance. I could use the extra money i may get to fix my house up.
Good do far as long as I don't start getting a bunch of calls, that's why I gave email.
I don't like having to give my phone number and getting calls from lenders.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
