I was not expecting to get calls or emails from lenders but was expecting to see instant results of savings on the screen. I do not want lenders to bumbard me with calls and emails!

Misleading advertisement. There is no special program. Pictures of fake politicians as if they are in a press conference. All this is is a refinance which anyone can do on their own. Useless third party go between.

Not in favor of a lot of lenders calling. I did say average credit and at the end the system said good credit.
