I have found 2 homes that I would like to be able to purchase. The items on my credit reports are quite easy to handle or negotiate. Some items do not belong to me so they will be easy to dispute. My father died and left me and my sisters a house so we are trying to decide to keep the house and use as rental property or sell and split the money. This is why I said 10% down payment at closing.
My experience is still in progress. So far so good! Thank you for asking!
YOU ADVERTISE MORTGAGE FORGIVENESS YET YOU WANT ALL PERSONAL INFO TO SELL TO MORTGAGE COMPANIES ETC.
Instead of letting me know if I qualify, you send me a bunch of lenders..
I thought this was a Government stimulus package. If this is just a refinance offer, I am not interested!
False advertisement on website says you can find out if you qualify for discount on website and I put my info, address and it did not show me anything
So far no problems not sure about this I'm cautious
Said find out info I answered questions was NOT given info on loan was ONLY given names of companies could speak to about loan that was NOT what site claimed its misleading come on click bait fraud to advertise for those companies I now consider those companies to be unreliable dishonest scammers so you've harmed them rather than got a lead on new customer
If only I could trust people when I'm away from this phone.
I own my home free and clear but loan to upgrade needs new roof, new siding & windows, thank you
Bull$#*! trying to get me on phone with someone trying to hook, Just give me numbers
You said it would show me if I qualified you did not say I would have to talk to a representative from a company.
I am looking for interet rates and terms before I will speak or answer emails from any company. What is this fereral program and how will it benefit me?
Good but I don't like phone calls. Please use email.
I'm disappointed you advertised a government discount or paying off our Mortage sooner?
I've contacted these loan companies and our rate would be increased, and added amount to increases our mortgage!
We have a 3.75 interest rate, I. F you can beat that contact us other wise please do not contact us!
Checking on different rates for our home mortgage payment is always important for us.
I will not do business with lian depot. That company is a jokeĀ”! Also,. I resent having to give my email to anyone other than family or business that I do business with!
This is a misleading black marketing site you offer rate information and all you hay is mortgage lenders in the market that I will find with a simple mortgage lenders search from any browse engine
Your ad said refinance on good credit and no missed payments. Finance company says can't get better rate than what I have 3.50.
Why not be honest and say the lowest rate that is available brfore going through this process of information? I need to save but this was deceptive.
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real ā I even withdrew a small amount at first ā then one day my account was āunder reviewā and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought Iād ever see again. If youāve been scammed, donāt give up ā there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
