So far so good. I do have a reverse mortgage since 2005.
Would like to pay off the mortgage so retirement can be enjoyed
I have found this property, that is offf the known grid, as people in that business describe that thing. It is owned by a bank.
Your ad indicated that you could get cheaper rates…I don't want to get a barage of phone calls from everyone bragging about their company's greatness. I just want info that will let ME decide what company will honestly and directly give me the info I need. Most of these companies call you with a contract in hand for you to sign. I don't do business like that.
I haven't spoke with anyone yet, so I really can't make any further comments.
Too many organizations are taking advantage of borrowers presently.
I have been immediately bombarded with calls, text and emails. Literally it's just too much!
Good it seems it be something to help make payments
Is this a government program? Why do I have to apply? Why is it just not given to all home owners?
I don't want phone calls or emails. This site says it will tell me if I qualify with the questions I answered. I don't answer calls from people I don't know
You guys are just looking to spam people. I click on a link for a possible mortgage payoff from relief funds. All I got a refi site.
I can find lenders just a fast as fetcharate. You are not providing what the ad offered.
I type my phone number in and got a call I wanted only e-mail
Immediately after hitting submit I was called, emailed and texted by 5 different companies. I'm looking for information not trying to be bombarded by instantaneous sales pitches. It happened literally within seconds of hitting submit.
There are no quotes, and I am unable to use a phone
I haven't tried anything just yet or have not received results yet to give a review.
I clicked the link to go to Fetcharate on the premise that filling out the survey would evaluate if I was eligible for stimulus money but after filling out the survey no stimulus was mentioned.
No information in 2 minutes only scam to have companies contact you
The site should be transparent by providing all information customer needs to know instead of wasting time having lenders calling in when customer have to work and do not have time to be on the phone. Providing information needed customer can decide if should continue or not with the program.
Said it was a government program to help save but than wants to you refinance no thank you I can just refinance thru my current lender
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
