My experience has been good with this first step but I am highly disallusioned because I spent at least 4 months of my time trying to refinance when the rates were from1.9 to 2.5 to no avail.
I was not looking for a lender. I was wanting information on the government program you falsely advertised.
Ad makes you believe that you will "receive a rate in minutes". It should say "Give us your information and someone will call you".
There is no published savings, if I wanted a call I would ask for one. Just another scam.
