I feel this is a scam to get to my personal informatoin. I know from experience that there are several banks and credit unions that would gladly discuss refiniancing with me. I have never heard of this lender and I would never do buisness with a company/lender that has low visibility.

The effect is horrible! You get a zillion calls when all you were seeking is to see if you qualify. I don't need rates from a zillion calls coming in, just a yes or no will suffice.
