The trees last year were basically sticks. The trees this year were much better but the biggest tree was in canvas with not much dirt and no root system. It is currently in shock trying to decide if it is going to live or for.

I received a hydrangea that was not the one I ordered. Also, it was broken. They agreed to send me the one I ordered. It arrived safely, and the correct hydrangea has been planted.
I know I read that the tree was trimmed for shipping but it was just a stick. I know it will be a beautiful tree in a few years but it would have been nice to have a couple of small branches
First two trees showed up broke and they swiftly sent two more
2 apple trees and an S. Oak. Appear to be doing great. Hope we have apples Fall 2022!
This was my first time to place an order. I appreciate the great customer service from the very beginning. We ordered three Rose Trees for pots. One came by itself and two came in one box. The one that had both combined was smashed up and some branches were broken. I feel if might have been better to ship separately. The trees are alive and starting to produce flowers.

I ordered the 5 gallon Areca Palm trees And the size was very much not what I expected the 3 plants I ordered where all under 12inches in size for what I paid $169.00 I could have done better at a local retailer, The packaging was also dis satisfying the plants all 3 separated from the pot and floating around inside the plastic bag

Hard frost- dipped into the 20's a couple of nights after we planted them. Burned the leaves. The leaves are dying and burned.
Hoping the trees recover, but they don't look great.

I ordered a lot of trees- 4 citrus- 4 lilac 2 hydrangeas- The hydrangeas were much smaller than expected. I could have got nicer ones at my local garden center. The citrus trees were also much smaller than expected- When I wrote customer service and all they could do was tell me that the trees were fast growing! I hope so. I bought the year guarantee just in case. Not off to a great start.

The plant " Everbearing Mulberry" arrived in a poor health/ condition. I has not grown even one leaf since it's arrival. The leaves on the plant went brown and it appears that it is dead. I am hoping that it will come back to life with all the care I can give it to this plant.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
