Palm tree's I purchased arrived with brown, broken and missing fronds. Palm tree images on web site are not what you will receive.
I purchased a red dogwood tree in honor of a good friend that passed away.
1 tree was broken when it arrived. A quick phone call and a replacement was shipped immediately! So far they look healthy.
I was really bummed that the blueberry bushes were so tiny and were essentially just sticks. I purposely bought these because they were supposed to be mature and could even potentially produce fruit the first year and these are nowhere near close to that. Since browsing local nurseries I can see that unfortunately the quality of the blueberry bushes I received were pretty poor.
The site and customer support was great. However, when the Boxwoods arrived they were upside down. The plants fell of pots and it's was a very messy.
I had a problem when I planted my tree and I emailed twice, requesting for advice and never heard back. Not sure my tree is going to make it.

Trees were easy to order and arrived quickly. They were in excellent shape and were in an excellent medium.
The Red Haven peach tree was well defined and even had tiny peaches on it. Planted it, and it is thriving! The second tree Elberta peach tree looked like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Called Customer Service and was told to plant it. So far a month later, still looking bad. No rootball, not one leaf on it. I'm hoping for the best.
They were very pretty came in good condition. All are very pretty and appreciate the fertilizer
Paid $300 for a tree and found dozens of them at Lowe's two weeks later for $100. Lowe's were fuller and more colorful as well.

I purchased a coral bark maple tree, and selected regular speed (free) shipment. The package arrived a week later, very well packaged - however,
1) Due to almost a week on the road, the plant came out w/ withered tips on leaves; and,
2) The package should have included a specific repotting, care instructions/guide specifically for this kind of plants. I watered the plant thoroughly once before and once after repotting. A few days later, it started withering more, I was quite upset and about to toss this some $200 purchase in trash. Then I searched on line and found out this type of trees requires to be water thoroughly daily for the 1st week and then every other day on the 2nd week...

I received dead plants not just one time but many times I ordered online. They usually make it right but this time I ordered a goji which is dead within first week. Waited 2 weeks before reporting it. They asked me to wait another 4 weeks. Not happy

Unhappy with a couple of things in my order but I sent pictures showing my plants and was treated like they wanted to keep a customer and they are!
The shopping experience was easy. The descriptions were accurate, I like that it tells you if you need a pollinator or not.
Our tree are honestly looking a little rough, other than our apple.
But on the other hand, 1 call to customer service and they assured me, that if the trees continued to not thrive after some 10/10/10 and some TLC in 3-4 weeks to call and they would replace them. 10/10 for customer service. Will definitely be buying from them in the future, makes it much easier than wandering around the nursery for hours, hoping you have someone knowledgeable to help you
My plants arrived very dry and curled leaves. They were scrawny for the price paid. They r in the ground and I hope they will thrive and grow.

I ordered six fruit trees and two blackberry bushes. One very small clementine tree looked great. Two apple trees looked pretty ok (nothing to boast of), and three of them looked pretty pathetic (leaves shriveling). Of these three that weren't looking so great, the banana somewhat revived, but the other two (a peach and an apricot), look like they're dying. One blackberry bush so far seems ok, and the other one, which looked pretty dry upon arrival, hasn't revived yet. The apple trees look like they're in shock right now too (leaves shriveling, but not nearly as bad as the others). I haven't attempted to contact customer service yet, but I don't think I'll be ordering from these guys again any time soon.

Honestly, I was expected a more impressive tree. It was small, and younger than expected, and with the price I was paying, I probably could have saved money and time and just bought the same tree at a local nursery. If you like the convenience, then this site is for you.
I have ordered trees in the past and there is a 1 year warranty so when I ordered some decorative grasses I "assumed" the same thing held true. I planted the grasses right away, according to the directions. After several days it was apparent they weren't going to survive. I got online to discuss the issue and found out you only have 5 days to present the issues with the order.
Obviously my problem for not understanding the policy but $200 is a little steep for me to just write off.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
