After numerous calls and uploads of pictures no customer service. Finally 2 weeks later a call from a supervisor called and attempted to make right. So far i have only received one credit and promises to resend the four that arrived dead. I've received one item. I do have to say it was in very good condition.
Not worth the effort, difficulties
I would not recommend nor ever use them again!

My trees arrived and were perfectly packed. Beautiful quality and both were in great condition.

Like many others, when I opened the box I thought, "Will these survive?" I watered them in their pot foe over a week before I could plant them. 4 days after being in the ground they were refreshed and buds were seen. I now have roses blooming from those buds in bright color. I just followed the directions enclosed in the package.

I ordered 3 expensive indoor plants. The plants that arrived looked nothing like the pictures posted in the web store. They were in very bad shape, leaves shredded, torn and discolored. After pruning off the dead or diseased parts, there was not much plant left. In one case the plant sent looked very different from the picture of the plant I thought I was buying.

Easy to order. Tree came very well packed. Instructions were easy to follow. So far so good.

I was actually extremely surprised right from the process of ordering through to delivery and the quality of the trees we received. We've been having massive issues with deers eating our garden, and finding some beautiful deer resistant trees was so easy because the website had a categorized so well, put in the order and they were in three boxes via FedEx on our driveway less than 2 weeks later, and I was a little bit cynical about the quality of the trees after they'd been in the box coming all the way across the country, and the quality was really really good with beautiful lush green tea and no broken newness. We put them in the ground straight away and they look fabulous.

Great service, maybe need to tell shipper to deliver upright rather than to lay box on its side

It's been two weeks and the plant has been transplanted and is alive and thriving. It's grown 4 or 5 new smaller leaves that are growing larger each day. However, I did not like that on the plants arrival the soil appeared heavily disrupted and only filled about half of the 3 gallon starter pot. Two of the three original starter leaves have fallen off, but I have read that that is normal during shipping. Over all I was very satisfied with my order. The plant is alive and growing and I called before ordering and the service is very friendly and informative. I would definitely order again from this company.

So far non of the trees purchased over the past couple of years has purchased any fruit

I ordered two (2) palm trees from the site. The order shipped the week it was supposed to, as outlined in the order confirmation, and arrived when projected. All of the product was in great shape upon arrival. Strong encourage purchasing from these guys.

Ordered 2 patio peach and 2 Bing cherry trees. They arrived quickly with good packaging to support the trees. Good sized, peach trees already had several peaches on the tree and all four looked healthy. Planted according to directions and they are looking good. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

I purchased four trees, some two year old cherries, and some kishu mandarins. They weren't cheap, but I've always heard good things about fast growing trees so I didn't care. First off, a tree in medium that has had it's roots destroyed from being dug up is no better than a bare root tree. Both my cherries were dug up and had destroyed roots and neither tree looks healthy, even after three weeks of recovery. The plastic bags that are wrapped around the root balls hold a lot of heat that roots do not like and causes severe stress to the tree as well, which isn't a great idea in the warmer months. One of the two mandarins I received look fairly healthy, the other looked half dead. The half dead mandarin is almost three years old according to the tag, and obviously wasn't taken care of by the nursery it came from. I can't completely blame Fast Growing Trees because they rely on nursery's they are partnered with to sell you high quality trees. I've already contacted FGT about my issues and was told to wait three weeks. Well, it's been three weeks and the half dead mandarin looks even more dead as the branches are turning brown and are no longer green.

Arrived quickly. All the trees were packaged well and arrived intact. They look like very healthy small trees. Also included planting directions if you need it. Would definitely order from this place again.

I ordered two windmill palms! They came quickly and were packaged so there was no damage. I'm very pleased with this company!
