The site says there may be a few brown leaves but I had un-growable plants. I let a plant expert see the 2 spider plants and they said, they shouldn't have sent them to me. It is supposed to be a gallon & it wasn't even close! They said they use a different kind of gallon. WHAT⁉ I sent them pics, they said it was normal! I said there are too many stems that will NEVER grow, They didn't want to refund my money and I tried for 2 days. I asked to speak to a manager & they wouldn't come to the phone, they just told the agent to give me a FULL REFUND. The email says $100.35, they only gave me $88. It's been about 3 weeks and they still haven't given me the rest of my money! I'll take this loss this time and NEVER order from them again! I will also BLAST them on YouTube!
I received five plants. The four fragrant olive shrubs look great.
The crabapple tree that I received has a very weak and small root ball. Since it didn't come in a nursery planter, we put it into a nursery pot based on the sad root ball. The plant isn't doing well, and the leaves have fallen off, despite giving it the correct amount of light and watering regularly, but not allowing for root rot.
I did get the plant insurance, so I might have to use it if the tree keeps looking worse.

Received our Autumn Cherry Tree two weeks ago and it has already grown over 2 inches in just two weeks. The tree came packaged very well and did very well once we had it in the ground. I highly recommend Fast Growing Trees for your tree experience!
I ordered this tree to keep the memory of my daughter alive, it came on time and I planted it as directed and it is already budding, it is a red sun red bud and it should be beautiful.

This is the second time that I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees, and once again, they did not disappoint. Our order included trees and a few bushes - everything was packaged in a way that no damage would occur and it was all green and very healthy. This is my go-to company for landscaping!
I am not one that likes to complain or give bad reviews and there are pieces of this order that are very good. The shipping and arrival was good and the plants although the leaves a little dried out we're ok but I was very disappointed that the plants had been growing in a container. For the price they should have been bareroot and not root bound. Because that is the case, it will stunt their growth and will make it hard for them to collect nutrients. Sorry to send a disappointed review and next time I order blueberries I'll have to be extra careful about the care the plants have had in their growing process.

As a newbie to actually picking plants (let alone plants that will grow in my new state) the site made it very easy and actually fun. The 2 shipments I've received where both slammed onto one end causing the top/upside down plant to be basically dismantled.
First shipment damaged. Broken top of tree
Another all soil out of pot. Believe trees were not adequately protected. No soil retainer - shipper seemed not to care how trees handled.
Second shipment pretty much same. Lack of care when preparing for shipment, shipper seemed to care less.
Ordered 5 plants. 3 of them arrived in the wrong size - all of them looked almost dead. Unhealthy plants. Would not recommend.

Came looking sad I hope they make it my frost peach was a stick with no roots. Very expensive stick! I guess you gotta buy the insurance so your not out good money.

Ordered six forsythia a d two lilac bushes with equal amounts of root rocket and planting soil. They stuffed them all into two boxes and crushed three of the plants breaking stems.

I have night three different plants from fastgrowingtrees and they have been excellent shape when they arrived.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
