Everything went well including the planting. It is only a couple weeks and all 3 trees are good.
This is the first time I have ordered from FastGrowing Trees. I found just the right tree and tried to order it on line, but without much success. I called and spoke with a great representative who took my order and it went very smoothly. I received emails advising of progress and when it was shipped. Very satisfied with my experience.
First time buying from FastGrowing Trees. The trees are a little smaller than I thought, in decent condition, two of the smaller ones had broken limbs, but perhaps normal when shipping.
I waited three years for the tree and got less than what I paid for. Two of the trees that were shipped had lost all of the needles and the soil was dry and crumbling. Those two will not make it. The third tree might have a chance. I am so disappointed at Fast Trees and very angry. What a company.
This was our 2nd order from the site and everything came so well packaged and healthy! I ordered a replacement tree for the ones we had ordered a few years ago because some rabbits/deer chewed the branches down to nubs and it didn't have any new growth this year. Well to my surprise when I pulled off the plastic trunk protector to reuse on the new tree there was some hidden new growth on it! So we were able to plant the new tree somewhere else and it looks even better than we imagined. These trees and plants are so hearty and healthy. We live in an area with -30° - 100°+ throughout the year and everything we have received has been thriving. So happy with all of our purchases!

I called to get a shrub, didn't know what I wanted. After talking with one of the staff he helped me find the more beautiful shrub.

Everything looks good except one. It was small and had been bent. I am guessing in shipping not sure. I believe I can straighten it when planting.
Tree came healthy took 2 weeks for new foliage to come back and is now going great full of all new leaves and new growth and arriving in a plantable sack instead of bareroots best way for transplanting will be ordering more trees for the farm now

Website is awsome to use. Easy ordering. Loved the description given, very accurate and great array of pictures. Was leary about shipping a 6 foot tree, but was packaged extremely well and delivered safe. Will be looking to order again in the near future.
Trees are great, however the CONSTANT bombardment with spam emails from your company after a purchase is enough to make a guy never buy from you again. I bought one tree, and in the 2 weeks since, ive gotten like over a dozen emails from your company, seems like two or more each day trying to sell me more stuff. Dial it back a little.

The Jack fruit tree arrived sick and dying. Called support nobody answers the phone. The only way to communicate is over their website fast-growing-tree.com. When I asked for replacement of another jackfruit tree, they ignored and kept telling to investigate its roots. I bought the jackfruit tree for my aunt's birthday in March. I am talking to my bank for disputing this transaction. Never buy anything from them again. These images we're taking 3 weeks after it arrived.

Received my shrubs, one rhododendron and one double knockout rose, packaged and delivered sideways in the same box.
Both were super healthy and filled with buds. ( Just wish they gave the scientific name for my particular rhododendron)
One question about one of my plant that is not doing good and it keeps giving same answer that the e-mail is received but never answer the question.

I bought a couple of plants in the end of April. Some of the plants were in not good shape from the begining, and I received one wrong order. I still waiting for replacement. After planting my plants some of the plants start dying. I contacted the customer service but they didn't help me a lot. For example my Sweetheart Blueberry Bush die and the said that after I pay for delivery about $20 I will receive new plant. W
When the original price was $29.95. Which don't make any sense. Additional my apples tree don't look healthy. They lost a lot of leaves.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
