My 6 pack of hydrangeas came almost dead and haven't fared well since planting. My poplar tree is also dead now as is the free Japanese maple. Only the thuja greens are hanging on.

Trees came fast, one had got loose from strapping, but seemed to be OK.( Little breakage on tips).
The delivery wasn't too good. I ordered 6 plants. The banana tree leaves were droopy and a little brown and dirt was out of the plants. The other plants are doing well but the banana tree is struggling.
I had received a tree that ended up dying and was told that a replacement was on it's way however one was never shipped out because the tree went on backorder. In the future that is information that the consumer should be notified about. I was unaware until I called this morning that my replacement tree was never sent out so now I need to choose another type of tree.

They are a good company, however, they could do a better job with packaging their trees for shipping. After comparing our trees and plants from FGT vs. The Tree Co, their competitor does a better job securing the trees inside the box, so they don't get wrecked in transit
I know I ordered the 8-12" Green Giants, but must all of the 10 I ordered were barely 8" when stretched out. I thought it was the going price when I bought them on sale at 10% off, making them $16.99 each. Then I went to a local nursery and found the same plants in 2 gallon pots at chest high for $24.95, and realized just how much I overpaid. If it would let me upload pictures, you would see what I mean. One plant from the nursery would not fit in the box my 10 came in that I ordered.

We ordered 15 trees and most of them arrived in decent shape. Some were bent pretty badly, but I'm hopeful with some staking they'll straighten out and recover. More disappointing was that customer service would not honor the current price on their website, which was $10 less per tree. It had been that way for weeks as we waited for them to ship. The rep on the phone was lovely, but her supervisor wouldn't even consider a credit to our account. You would think with as much money as we were spending that wouldn't have been a huge issue.
I ordered two trees. The red dragon arrived on time and in good condition. The second tree, a coral bark was lost in the mail two over two weeks to arrive and was dead on arrival. They shipped out a replacement tree, coral bark as well and that one seems to be lost on the mail as well (all shipped via fedex). Highly disappointed. Still waiting on a tree and hoping it is not dead. They did not even expedite the shipping for the second tree.

My office gave me a pink dogwood tree as a memorial to the death of my sister. I received it and planted it but it did not survive. My office purchased the replacement insurance to I was able to get a new tree and it is thriving. It was very easy to get the replacement after showing them pictures of my dead tree. I also bought replacement insurance and had to pay the shipping but it was well worth it to receive this beautiful little tree.
Very satisfied with FGT refund for the drying tree. Customer service is prompt and responsive. The tree is a bit pricey but you at least have 30 days warranty and you get what you paid for especially the after-sale service. Will definitely buy from FGT again.
I ordered 80 trees and 4 of them arrived broken. I reported these within the 48 hour window (2 weeks ago) but have received no response. While I understand that it is a small percentage of the total, I would still like what I paid for, as we are planting a large privacy screen and these would constitute about 30' upon maturity.

4 unrecognizable lavender plants mostly dry dead branches and life expectancy questionable

Fast growing trees was good to work with. They shipped in a reasonable time 3 business days. They choose Fedex Ground. Fedex is really struggling in Utah and the shipment sat in the local terminal for over 7 days. In contacting FGT, they understood the issue and said the trees were packed for 14 days. Diane in customer service was good at getting back to me and followed up until it was finally delivered. I got the tree on the 14th day. The tree seems to be fine
Very impressed with their professionalism, quick response and easy purchase experience not to mention incredibly fast delivery. Their instructions were spot on and made selecting a site and planting so much more rewarding.

I've ordered 3 plants (2 a year or so ago) and they are quality plants.
I ordered about 10 shrubs, vines, and plants from FGT. My order arrived promptly and the plants looked fantastic. They were packed well and had minimal damage or drying out. Two items in my order were either lost in shipping or weren't shipped the first time around. They had replacement items out to me within 3 days. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Fast growing trees, received my plants very fast, they were packed perfectly nothing was damaged. Got everything in the ground and use their product to put on the routes everything is going great now they even gave me a tree for Arbor Day. I will buy from them again they know what they're doing and do it well.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
