The ordering process was easy. But the product was a bit disappointing on arrival. It was smaller than anticipated, for the money. It was packaged in a planting bag, but the bag fell off and the exposed roots were minimal. I planted the tree with the soil from the bag and hope that it will take.

My online shopping experience itself was great. I easily found plants that were good for location, growth, and sun. The actual shipment was disappointing. Over $500 of plants were stuffed in two boxes... and the heavier items broke off many of the limbs of smaller items. I probably would do a single item, but caution against multiple items.

I already expressed my experience. It sure why I was asked to share it again. Customers just need to be aware that the quality is no better than your local store and no exaggeration, 6 times cheaper.

FastGrowingTrees website has so much to choose from. We found exactly what we wanted. Their shipping is fast and their customer service is A+! We had a concern and their customer service team was prompt and very helpful. We will most definitely purchase from FGT again and highly recommend them.

We've purchased from them before and have had good luck. We went nursery shopping for a new yard tree and really liked a Sweetbay Magnolia we saw. Checked and compared prices between the nursery and this site and they came in around $50 less for a 6-7 foot tree according to their site and that included paying extra for being oversized. When we got the "tree" we were shocked. It was a staked and supported twig with no actual branches and no more than 35 leaves on the entire tree. This THING would be embarrassing to plant. I complained that what I received was not a tree and all they would say is to plant it and it would be fine. BS. A tree should be beautiful when planted, not painful to look at and hope it will someday be beautiful, especially for the price paid. I should have just paid the extra $50 and gotten the beautiful tree from the local nursery that came with the same warranty.

Update: Fast Growing Trees offered a %15 refund. Not that great but I don't want the tree to be sent back and die. So I accepted and will plant the tree. On a side note, I went out and purchased another Sweetbay Magnolia from a local nursery. As I mentioned before it was about $50 more than the websute hut came with a 2-year rather than a 1-year warranty. Was much larger and leafier (granted it is a clumping variety). Picture of the new tree is attached so notice what you get going local rather than mail order.

We ordered a Japanese maple tree and received it quickly. It was nicely packaged ready to plant. SO FAR SO GOOD. It is too soon to tell how well it grows.

The only thing I found fault with was when I the fig tree from it pot to plant in my pot there was a grub worm in the roots of the tree. I checked for more, but that was the only one I found

The trees and bush o ordered were delivered on schedule and packed properly. Very happy with quality and service.

My plants were correct and happy with that, my small issue was that they must have got knocked around during shipping a few of the plants had several broken branches, we planted them anyway and they are doing fine coming back like champs.

I have been pretty pleased with my purchase. One of the trees was a mess when it was delivered. It somehow came unpacked and the plastic holding it was torn and dirt everywhere. I was able to get it replanted and it is doing well. I will purchase again from this company. My little trees are sturdy and thriving.

The individual I dealt with on the phone was both knowledgable and helpful. I was able to identify all that I was looking for and the resulting plants are doing well having arived in only a couple of days with the soil still good and moist. Care was taken to be sure all would be undamaged. Good job for all.

I recieved my order damaged from the shipping company and they sent me out a replacement tree right away.
Very happy with our new tree and will be buying a lot more from here in the future! Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a well grown crape myrtle tree and finally found the one I wanted at Fast Growing Trees. It arrived quickly, looking very good. I planted it the same day that I received it. That has been to weeks ago and the tree is doing extremely well. It already has new growth on it. I am very well pleased.

Ordered 10 2-3' trees to create a privacy fence along the neighbor's rail fence. Arrived promptly, well packaged. Was able to plant them within 2 days of arrival. So far so good. I will post a "beginning" photo, and if I can come back and edit review I'll post an "end of summer" photo. Trees were planted in April, 2021 in northern Michigan.

Received the Maple and Lilac yesterday. They look really good other than a couple of broken limbs on the maple. The Magnolia is still in transit. Lilac being planted today and hopefully the Maple tomorrow. I am really hoping they do well.

I've been trying to grow a Wisteria on my arbor for a long time.
The one I received is so much more advanced in it's growth than I've ever seen on other mail order sites and the cost was reasonable.

The trees seem to be ok, but when they arrived they were everywhere in the box. The soil was was mostly out of the pot, and there aren't a nice root base on the trees. Hopefully they will survive and grow.
