I was expecting more based on photos when I ordered. I received what looks like one 4 inch twig. This was a gift so I was SUPER bummed out.

Received updates for the orders and Great Service and after the product we received and got replacement for the damaged product

I received my Peaches and Cream honeysuckle very fast and in excellent shape. It's doing well. The bees and butterflies will be happy!

I made mistake to order the expensive trees- never do again

Bought 2 trees for Mother's Day. Lemon doing well. Olive dried out and looks dead and has almost no root system. These weren't cheap so I bought the warranty too. Tried to get them to replace the olive tree but because there is a little bit of green under the bark they won't. So now I need to care for my dried out stick until it magically come back to life or my monthly scratch test doesn't have any green. Then hopefully they will honor the warranty, but I'm not hopeful.

This is really the first time I ordered for plants online... I bought the climbing roses, Plumeria and also received couple of small maple s free.
The order was delivered on time and the plants came packed well

Plant that I originally received had several torn and severed leaves in the bottom of the wrapping. There was one new leaf growing which made the plant look one sided because three of the bigger leaves were broken off.
I am so happy with the replacement. It is fuller and has four new leaves growing.

I just planted the pink dogwood. It's too early to evaluate. Ask me next spring.

The trees arrived at my door. I planted them three days later. They are doing great. I am glad I ordered them. It was so easy.

5 Gallons is a standard volume measurement. Advertising a plant in a 5 gallon container brings certain expectations to the size of the pot. To receive a plant in what is about the dimensions of a gallon of milk and be told it is a 5 gallon container is at best misleading. When I questioned the size of the container they provided dimensions of 11 inches tall by 9 inches wide and said that is a 5 gallon size that I received was an industry standard 5 gallon size. So according to them the entire industry misleads the public. This is my last purchase from this misleading company.

I purchased a crape myrtle and a red twig dogwood. Both well nicely packaged and arrived in good condition.

Called to ask about some different options for a privacy boundary and was very satisfied with the excellent support. My trees were delivered fast and in good shape. Will definitely buy from them again!

My Leyland Cypress's arrived in good shape - they were the smallest size available, and time will tell if they are strong enough to flourish.

I call them just to be sure they have the trees on stack and they told us they do have those ready to be shipping to us we pay them and we start preparing the holes for planting 5 trees but 10 days passed and those trees never arrived
