The ordering process was easy, but when the tree finally arrived at its destination it was dead. I called the day it arrived and was advised that they would ship out another tree and it would arrive the same week. 10 days later the new tree had still not arrived and no update was received. When I called to check on it I was advised they ran out of the tree I ordered and had to find another one. When I went on the website there were still some of the trees available but in a little larger size. Considering the issue with the first tree I would think sending a little larger tree would reasonable, but instead the order was just delayed. They advised me the tree should likely ship out on Monday, 12 days after the replacement was supposed to be shipped. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, this was supposed to be my Mom's gift for Mother's Day.
We have purchased trees and bushes from here several times. We have been happy every time. We often refer friends and family to the site. The trees come quickly and obviously well cared for. They ship in good condition and packaged very professionally.
Disappointed with size and maturity of tree. Paid for 5-6ft tree and got one about 5ft. But more disappointing was the amount of foliage and maturity.
A nearby garden center had a similar tree but more mature and fuller - with flower buds for the same price.
We thought it would be a good idea to get one delivered and made the mistake of thinking it would be similar per the description.
Shame - was a Mother's Day present.
After planting it the tree has had a few supports needed to keep it upright but not sure it is doing well.

Ordered two apple trees. They were delivered within 3-4 days in well-protected and healthy condition. Now three weeks in ground and thriving! Could not be happier!

The baby tree came wrapped very nicely and was in great condition. It was healthy, parasite free, and is already starting to grow new leaves. Can't wait for it to grow up and bloom! I would definitely buy more plants from this company.

I received my Dragonfruit cactus, guava trees and pineapple plant in just a couple of days. Packed carefully, they made it through shipping without any issues. Got them planted in large containers and they're growing quickly, new leaves, new growth on the cactus and my pineapple has pups!
Your website is easy to navigate and find right tree. They come healthy for being in a box and traveling from across the US. I plant them usually the next day and I have new growth within a week.
My snow ball bush arrived in the same box as my fern. Unfortunately they both had damage to the stems due to shifting in the box. Sever stems broken and bent badly. Could have anchored them better. If you really think the delivery people are going to keep the box in the correct position, you really don't have a clue as to how they handle boxes.
I had ordered an elm tree that I thought more about after I had placed the order. I was concerned that the tree was too close to our property line and that it would be too large. I called to discuss this and got some good advice. I was able to change my order into a Redbud that was much more appropriate for the area and the tree was in great shape when it arrived.
Peace Lily needed to be replaced - all arrived smooshed and many brown leaves. My Ficus is shedding like crazy. The peace lily was dead in two days - the replacement peace lily was smaller in size than what I originally purchased. Plants that i bought from Home Depo for half the price are thriving Shopping the site was great so the shopping experience was convenient. The quality is ONE star - the customer service - since you replaced the original peace lily quickly - customer service is good - although that is what clients pay extra for. I am sure that large trees and home gardeners are different. As far as house plants - I am dissatisfied.

The plants I received were kind of pathetic. Maybe I'm wrong and they will grow into something impressive but for the price they were very tiny in small bases. Not what I received a year ago when I purchased and for $30-$40 each there is no reason to buy here when I can buy for the same or less at local garden center and know what I'm getting

I ordered Yellow Azaleas at 60$ each. I recieved my box and opened it up. I was surprised at how small the trees were. I called customer service as I needed bigger trees In the space I was working with. I was told that was the largest. They kindly gave me a discount to keep the trees rather than charging me a restock fee to send them back. However, the next day as I was getting ready to plant them, I saw that they were not what i ordered, they were white azaleas. I called them back and they did send out another set of yellow (which actually looked in terrible shape). I did see azaleas at my local home depot after this that were much bigger and cost much less. Customer service rep was very nice but overall, I would not recommend buying from this company.

On my first order I never received any shipment notification. When the trees did arrive all but one were damaged. The Bing Cherry which I paid extra for the larger tree looks like a toothpick with three tiny sets of leaves. I emailed the company a number of times to complain but they fell on deaf ears. I placed an order for a peach tree because they were the only ones that had them in stock and were supposed to ship in one to two days. Well after almost two weeks of emails they finally responded to say that the trees they had were not up to their standards and would ship in July, a wait of over two months. They had no problem charging for the tree! This will be the last time I deal with this company and all I can do is suggest you deal with someone else and save yourself the aggravation.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
