The trees came packaged well. They arrived healthy and look great!

We asked about the 5 gal size tree before ordering and when the tree arrived it was much smaller than described. It was shipped later than expected and arrived damaged. We reported this to customer service and were very disappointed in their response. We will not recommend fast growing trees to anyone and will not order again. Very disappointing experience.

Tree is dying slowly. Seems like it never had a chance. I have nearly 40 plants, haven't lost one yet. This will be the first to die.

Pretty disappointed in my purchase

I got dozens of emails before my order even arrived. I reset my preferences to get email once a month, but the emails continued to come. Then I unsubscribed and they still continued to come. At least daily. I unsubscribed again and they finally stopped. Spamming new customers with a flood of emails is not a way to make a good impression.

The trees looks wonderful and are still thriving. So awesome! Thanks so much

Received my Plumeria tree and 3 plants. All but one looked destroyed. Customer service was great with advice and why they looked dead. Now it's a wait and see process.

The plants are always better than what you expect. They're packaged well, arrive in great condition, and are already thriving.

4 of the 10 Pencil scrubs are not doing well even though they are planted next to each other in the same soil and watered the same way. The leaves are drying up and are stiff to touch and falling.

I was blown away with everything -- packaging, receipt and the TREES! FastGrowingTrees will be my go to from now on without hesitation. Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic!

When I called they we're very helpful and answered all my questions. I received my Nallie Hollys and I was very pleased with how they we're shipped and looked. I've planted them and they look awesome.

I bought a peach tree, delivered fast, packaged w/ care and tree is healthy and thriving. I'm so happy.

In the past I bought bare-root trees and I'm happy with those but I wanted a tree that wasn't a bare root and grown a bit.

We were very happy with the trees we received. We had ordered 38 Green Giant Thuja's. Was impressed how healthy the trees were. We did have an issue with shipping which was due to FedEx misplacing 4 trees. When we received them we then planted, but due to the delay they didn't seem to be doing so well. Contacted Fast Growing Trees and without hesitation they replaced the 4 Trees. Can't ask for anything more than that. Great Customer Service as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Fast Growing Trees.

Great products! Arrived promptly with directions. One tree never arrived. Customer service was easy to reach with a quick phone call. They promptly shipped a replacement tree! Great overall experience! Highly recommend!

They were extremely helpful in refunding some trees that didn't make it a full year.

The tree sat on the porch in the sun for a few days, I did not know it was there, never got an email that it had shipped, it was somewhat wilted but came back after I got it wet

Planted both trees when they arrived. Watered both. Root system on apricot tree did not look good.
Cherry tree looks good, apricot tree dried up does not look like it will live.

I ordered 4 trees, 2 crepe myrtles, and some day lilies. All arrived on time, but the box was crushed. Luckily the plants inside had been very well packed and were still in good shape. All were planted the next day. One of the myrtles died within days, and one of the eucalyptus is struggling to survive. Otherwise, we are very pleased

It was so easy to order and the trees came quickly. They were easy to plant - we will watch them over the next year and see how they grow.

First my plants were shipped to Texas to someone else then when I called the company back and received my palm trees they are nothing like what is pictured. Very disappointed
