My trees were delivered to my next door neighbor's driveway while both she and I were out of town. I came back the next day and waited for 5 days until I contacted UPS and got a photo of the delivery then ran over and rescued them. All the leaves had fallen off in the box but we planted them anyway. Hoping they will be OK in the spring.

All the leaves had fallen off in shipping box. The tree arrived dead. Scratch test proved it. After four weeks and several pictures, they agreed to send a replacement. I have to pay $20 for shipping on the replacement. This is their policy. Not the best customer services. I'm paying for shipping for replacement because their product arrived broken. This doesn't make sense. Be sure to read the policy on a replacement for a defective or dead plants.
Purchases plants, not all of them survived the year. Customer service gave me a purchase credit and even extended that to another year. Just purchased some trees again and I'm excited to get the shipment. Great product, great customer service, all you could ask for.
Purchased 2 Thuja Green Giant arborvitae but they were killed by our 105 and higher degrees. You replaced them and the new one's are doing well.
The whole process has been really easy and informative. The website is very easy to navigate as well as making it very simple to shop for plants that specifically grown in my area. Our order came quickly and was packaged well. We had to reach out to the customer service team as a handful of our plants didn't do well and the team was responsive, informative, and helpful. We will continue to utilize Fast Growing Trees for future arbor needs.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
