It did not look like in the picture. The lilac topiary was squeezed that I can't put back to shape, afraid that will break the stems. For the price of the plants was too expensive plus the extra taxes.
Purchased three 4-5 feet plants. Size was much smaller - barely 3 feet. When I contacted the customer service I was informed to take a photo of THE TREE. First of all I purchased THREE Plants and I was told that the plants would be at least 4-5 feet therefore without asking the company for photos or proof of what I will receive, I sent the money. However, to receive replacements I have to sent photos - unacceptable.
We are so sorry that your plants are not the correct height! We do not ask photos because we do not believe you, but we do need to see what was shipped to you in case we have an issue with all of the trees in our inventory this size. We assure you we'll make it right, but we just need the trees next to a measuring stick so we can take a look at what you have received!

I ordered 3 white raspberry plants. Out of 3 plants 2 are dead. Did not grow at all. 3rd one is hardly have some leaves. Called to replace and they said they don't have it any now to replace. Had to fight for refund. But still have not get it yet

One of the trees was dead and I tried to see if it would live by moving it to the other side of the yard. Ms. Avery is an asset to your company because she worked with me to make sure that I received a replacement tree. Again, Thank you Ms. Avery for your Outstanding customer service. AAA +++ service.
Purchased 3 Crape Myrtles size 4-5'. They were not in the size range when I received them. Also, did not receive the free promo that was being offered for that weekend. They had been pruned a lot and already had the knotting/knuckled look on the main stems.

The plants we received we're all just shoved on top of each other in a box. We ordered 10 plants. They were very dry and unhealthy when they arrived. We tried to plant them and revive them but almost half are already dead.

Website was terrific to navigate, ordering was easy, service was prompt and efficient. Received a tree that was well packed and in great condition. Only recommendation I would make might be to rethink shipping by FedEx. They deliver when it suits THEM. My delivery was rescheduled 3 times.
I ordered 3 trees, paid for 3 trees, fastgrow shipped only 2, one came in with little dirt on pot, called to file claim, waited 2 days, finally called again and was told they are out of stock. This was for a job that needed 3 of the same trees, I ask to be refunded for all trees and a call tag to ship the 2 back and was told there is a 25% restocking fee plus I have to pay shipping! I assume that a company this size has some type of inventory control... maybe not beware! Never again.

After ordering my plants I had a problem with my address and was contacted by customer service. We were able to fix the problem and plants arrived shortly after and in very good shape. They are in the ground and have suffered no transplant shock in spite of a terrible wind storm that we had the other day. I have hopes that they will survive the winter. So far so good!

I ordered Maxim Strawberries expecting roots as stated but what I got were plants bearing rotten fruit and near death. Fortunately, I got the plants in the ground and they are recovering but no fruit this year. Maybe next year.

The product was not delivered as promised. I called and was told that the product went to an old address. I was told that the bushes were to be delivered to my house on Tuesday. I did not receive the bushes until the next Saturday. I had to reschedule my landscaping guys to the following week so that the bushes could get planted.

They came quickly well packaged. At first I was a little concerned with the banana tree but my daughter said it looks like it has new growth on it already!. So I am very pleased.
The website was easy to negotiate. I found exactly what I was looking for. The plants were shipped and I received in 3 days. I planted following directions. All plants look great after 10 days. There was one rose bush which lost its leaves during transport it is doing great now.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
