The first time I ordered 2 orange trees both were broken badly so they sent me 2 more and both those were also broken.

Tree arrived healthy and happy, but it was in a "root pouch" with no explanation whether to remove it or plant as is. The pouch looks nothing like a burlap bag, so after some research I decided to go ahead and put the whole thing in the ground. Hope that was the right choice...

I purchased a lime tree. Followed instructions, and planted in full sun. The tree didn't really look like a tree but more like a big tall stick. The leaves all curled and died about a week after I planted it. I am hooping that it comes back. We shall see. I was told to give it 3 weeks.

We ordered 3 trees and they were thin and small with many broken branches. I am glad we paid for the warranty as one had several broken branches. Although we had paid for a 2' tree, the replacement was only 10" tall. Also, when I took them out of their plastic pots to place them in regular ceramic pots, two of the root balls were very short as if they had been growing in a small/pint container and moved to a quart container before being shipped to me.

I ordered from this company for the first time and am so pleased with the choice. I ordered a Buford Holly as I had had one at my first home and loved it. I was not familiar with this company, but ordered anyway. The entire experience was positive! Prompt response from them saying my order was receiLidedved and being filled, then gave me the shipping date. It arrived on time, well packed and in perfect condition. It was planted immediately and is thriving!

She is healthy, was well packed, arrived on time, but clearly NOT as lush as I'd hoped for the price I have payed! But I guess, you had only 1 (her) on stock...
I'm a plant fanatic, I'll have her growing at a "speed dial"... Hope it will have lemons by next year...

I've ordered plants last year and this year along with other items and was very pleased. I did have one experience with a plant that arrived in poor condition and after planting according to instructions, the plant died. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they promptly replied. I have yet to receive the new plant (which is covered under warranty) however, I'm remain optimistic.

I have order probably 10 or so trees and they never disappoint. Packaging/shipping is solid every time and the plants transplant great!

I ordered from Fast Growing trees because of the convenience, because it was hard to find the items I wanted (magnolia tree) at local garden stores, and because the price was better. My tree arrived promptly. The tree had a number of brownish leaves, and I was worried about whether it was in peak condition. I called your office to report this and sent photos. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and sympathetic. Eventually I decided that the tree was in good enough condition to plant, so I have done so, and it is looking better. I gave 4 stars for the product only because the tree seemed a bit stressed by shipping. I would give 5 stars for services.

I have been purchasing from FastGrowingTrees.com since 2014. To date, I have spent $1,420 on fruit trees. Yes, they are expensive; but they produce sweet fruit and lots of fruit yearly. I planted some fruit trees in my back yard and some in huge containers. I am grateful that they offer quality, fast growing trees which produce fruit within 1-2 years.

Fishtail Palm I received had a fungus and had to cutback 50% of the plant

Ordered and paid and checked out. Got an email day later saying they wouldn't ship to California so I then had to track down a refund. Would have been nice to know that you can't have it shipped before the check out and charge.

I placed an order for 7 trees- totaling over $1,400. I received only ONE. After weeks of my order status showing "preparing for shipping", I called and was told that they could not fulfill my order. I asked about the one tree I received; they said I could return it for a refund- IF I paid for shipping and paid the 20% restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't order from fastgrowingtrees.com go support a local nursery instead.

I ordered a weeping cherry tree and a clematis bush. Both came very securely packaged and fast! The tree looked amazing and the Bush was beautiful! I will surely order from you guys again soon!

Our trees were delivered to our door step with temps of 102 I immediately put water on them and we planted that night watering them good twice a day. Right now they are not looking good with the temps nearing 105 during the day is hard on them. The Cherry tree when I opened the box the leaves were all swivel up the apple looked better. When we took out of the gunny bags the cherry did not have much of a root system apple had better one. Should I water 3 times a day, I don't want to over fo watering them

First tree was dying root wall to small to support tree

One tree was totally out of the soil in the pot. It looks dead. I planted both trees so we will see. The price was pretty high for two small trees
