The mockorange I ordered had to sit a while until its bed was ready, and it survived beautifully and is now looking great!

The trees were VERY tiny. For nearly $200 I got two tiny trees that I could have bought locally for about $30 apiece. And I ordered three other items that did not arrive. I called customer service and they then sent ONE of the missing items. I had to call customer service to request the remaining missing item. I feel so sorry for anyone who works in customer service for this company! I bet they get yelled at all day by people who have been ripped off by this company!

I ordered a tree in May to be planted in July for a memorial for my husband's mother who recently had passed away. They said they would hold onto the tree until I needed it shipped the 4th week in June and ship then. When I called to confirm shipment around June 14 the company informed me that they did not have the tree which I ordered and paid for. They said. Sorry about that... we will refund your money. Now I have to find another tree for our memorial. I will never shop with this company again.

Our children gave us funds to buy a pear tree as a Christmas gift. Our little tree arrived safely and appeared extremely healthy. We followed planting instructions and are happy to say "Perry" is thriving fantastically!

Average quality of plants and overpriced... the palm could be purchased loclly and better quality for $0 or less, the Olive tree was not worth the price...

One, These prices are ridiculous for plants. Not worth the price. Two, Customer service is mediocre, they will tell you that you're plant is alive and make it difficult for exchanges or returns.

I bought two trees. Both arrived quite fast and were in good shape, I put them straight into the ground and they both have new leaves coming out and seem to be doing well. Excellent service overall.

Arrived, half dead, and there were branches on only one side. The branches on the other side had all been cut off.

Took a chance and ordered trees and bushes on line. So glad I did! Very satisfied with the handling and packing.

My trees were well packed. Gently laid out together in a well planed and made box that protected the trees from damage. There were plastic bags over the pots to keep the trees moist. The trees were well rooted in there pots but not over rooted so the dirt and root ball clung together when slipping them into their holes.

I bought 2 cherry trees and 2 blueberry bushes on line. I thought I was getting 4-5 ft tall cherry trees. All the trees and bushes were shipped togetter in one 10" x 10" x 36" box. Even counting the roots the plants were only 3 1/2 ft tall. One cherry tree was growing at the crotch about 2 ft off the ground. The other had only one leaf at the top which eventually fell off when a few more grew at the bottom. Blueberry bushes were ok but overpriced. I purchased 6 more bushes (same height) for $12.50 each (half the price) at a local nursery.

The assistance I received was magnificent. The person taking the order was very professional. The plants arrived even earlier than we expected which was fantastic. We ordered for 3 gallon plants and three of them were very healthy and one was somewhat smaller but it is doing well.

We already have a bloom on one of them and another one is beginning to bloom that is a pleasant surprise!

I placed my order on a Tuesday and received it that Friday. All 4 trees were delivered in perfect condition. It's been a few weeks now and the trees still look great.

Package came well packed and was in good shape, the item was just as I expected, and ready to be replanted

The first round of trees sent to me were not great. They died within hours of arrival, despite transplanting and caring for them. The replacement trees were a little better but there were spots on all of them that make me question whether they will survive (Multiple dead leaves, gouges in trunks). I'm not sure how they can ever produce fruit the first few years. We will see!

Palm trees arrived were planted properly and waiting upon there slow growth. I have a lemon tree front porch thoughts in my head.

Both trees I received were in beautiful condition. The fig tree had figs on it already! Very healthy specimens.

Very responsive. I had broken trees and they replaced the with no questions asked.

I ordered three different trees from Fast Growing Trees. All three of the trees were damaged in shipping. The Crepe Myrtle was too small, it measured 25" tall, and that cost me $99.99. Their 1'-2' sells for $69.99, so I paid an extra $30 for a leaf sticking up. The Mandarin Orange tree was only a stick with leaves, again for $99.99. I didn't expect a full producing tree. I at least expected a tree, with limbs. The Lemon Bush was only damaged and was the size I expected for $49.99, it at least had branches. I called and filed a complaint on the damage and disappointment. The company said they would send out proper and undamaged replacements. I received the same size Crepe Myrtle and another Mandarine "stick". I now have two small Crepe Myrtle's that do not fit my needs and two Mandarin Trees that are just sticks with leaves. The replacement Lemon Bush was the only thing they got right. I'll stick to ordering from local nurseries.
