Quick delivery, healthy trees. I'm pleased to say that after just a month, our trees have put on leaves and are growing!
I purposefully asked for delivery date when I would be home (weekdays), yet my tree arrived on a weekend when I was out of town. I understand shipping can vary, but would've expected they'd account for that risk and ship a day or two earlier just in case. Tree appears to have survived after sitting on my hot porch in a box all weekend, but was a key mistake on their part when I overtly told them of my set times for delivery.
I can't believe I spent over $100 on these tiny trees. I found something 5 times the size of these at our local nursery a week after I bought these. Lesson learned.

Two of the six container hostas had their crowns smashed by the others. The same day I emailed FastGrowingTrees, they not only replaced the two, but added on the other four in the order. In a matter of three days, my replacements were here.
I have ordered twice in rapid succession. The plants were in excellent condition and the packaging for transit was superior. And, the delivery time was VERY speedy. A great experience all around and we will be repeat client for sure.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
