Size and condition of trees were not what I expected. Broken branches and severely shocked. I shared photos to Fast growing trees.com and they said it was "normal" and gave me a small credit. One of the trees is not recovering and will clearly die. Unsure the recourse yet. This is the risk of buying on line.

I spent $200 on a tree I had been looking for locally for a long time.
It came with the base being brown and the needles falling off. We were going through a heatwave so I didn't think much of it. Going through a medical issue and my green thumb neighbor suggested after 2 initial days of inside care to pot it on my deck so that I was able to take care of it. (Was semi mobile. Didn't expect to be in this situation when I ordered tree)
Tree got worse and I called in for help. I was told I would be contacted & to send a photo. (I was a few days after the month guarantee.) I was looking for help that's all. Nothing. Sent in another msg and updated photo through "contact". Nothing.

Sent a comment on FB. NOTHING. Sent another FB comment. NOTHING.
Shop locally. I had already by passed any bad reviews thinking they were unlucky complainers... sorry. They were correct.
Update. CS responded on here that they reached out privately. They did not. I had to respond to the comment. I was asked to send another photo of the now dead tree. There was no photo upload option so I directed them back to their own contact us site and directed it to the representative on here... Rachael S. No reply.

First tree died shortly after receiving. The process to have it replaced was laborious and frustrating. However, they eventually sent a replacement and it is doing fine. I do have a nice tree but the replacement shipping almost doubled the amount I have in the living tree. Read the fine print!
My overall buying experience was great. The tree is a little smaller than we imagined, but hope it grows as fast as advertised. The top came bent. We're hopeful it will straighten.

The tree arrived in good time, and I was only mildly surprised to see that the tree reminded me of the Christmas tree that Charlie Brown always gets - just a stick with a few leaves and a clump of root dirt. I hope it's just transplant shock that's taking longer than usual, but I don't see much hope for it to come back.

Along the way, I also found a rose tree destined for my yard. The trees shipped out quickly, with prompt notification and clear tracking. I was very pleased at how well packaged they were when they arrived. Minimal loss of a few limbs, which is expected. I planted into the ground that same evening, since I was so excited. The trees are doing wonderful and it's been a couple of weeks now. The Jacaranda is steadily growing and opening up more and more. Thank you for the great service and the great trees! Would highly recommend.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
