Starting a Wisteria tree. 3yr. Project. I ordered 3-4 ft. Wisteria vine. Arrived in great shape. Wish me luck!

Always great at service, delivering the product and any issue's, they resolve in a timely fashion.

My first order years ago was amazing! The plants were in great shape, arrived on time - no need for customer service. I placed a large order last year - half of my order arrived on time and in decent shape the other half arrived the next day (Sunday) all via Fed Ex this time instead of UPS and they looked half dead. We planted and they all seemed to be ok. After a harsh winter, we had to replace a few things recently. My order again was supposed to arrive on Saturday. As of Monday, they still hadn't arrived so I emailed FGT several times with no response - EVER. They finally arrived on Wednesday from Fed Ex, again looking rough. I did get the insurance this last time, but that will be my last time using FGT.

So far the plants are doing great. I can only hope that they grow this time unlike the last time I planted and they all died.

Receive the item as stated in fast time. Tree was packaged well. Pricing was very reasonable.

Ordered 8 palm trees, they came 1/2 alive and looked worse for wear. They certainly didn't look as pictured and will not be ordering anything else from this site.

After reviewing the trees I received with some of the trees basically dead, I wasn't expecting this company to react so quick and get in contact with me. The trees are getting replaced free of charge without any hassle. Thank you so much. Honest business looking out for their customers. Keep the good work.

And I received a few plants that did not make it, and they issued me full credit with no issues. These guys make it super easy, and they are customer service oriented.

I ordered ONE European Lady Palm. I quickly received the order of TWO and they were NOT the Lady Palms, although the sticker states they are. I filed a dispute with PayPal and shockingly, lost the dispute. I immediately ordered ONE more Lady Palm and received exactly what I ordered. THAT sticker as well, states it is a Lady Palm. All three trees, arrived quickly. They are beautiful and very healthy. I STILL have NO idea of what the first two are, their zone, height, upper canopy spread or any other info.
I have been purchasing from FGT for many years and this is the first bad experience EVER, with FGT. I will continue buying from them, as the experience has always been so positive. I've lost a total of $145.00 from this experience. *I* may have hit a wrong computer key and ordered two instead of the one. I'll have to find out WHAT kind of palms they are, for where to put them, as they are BOTH labeled as Lady Palms. I DO have one beautiful Lady palm, which is all I wanted in the first place. THANK YOU FGT for such a healthy, beautiful palm.

Easy to order. The packaging was good, and the tree was in excellent shape.

I recently received 2 raspberry bushes and a blackberry bush that looked almost dead when they arrived.

Never thought you could send plants across country and there healthy when they arrive - Abbott hates trees. Seriously the most fun in a long time. Creating or own privacy garden. House built on hill to its takes plant knowledge which is best etc. Only complaint is that yhey don't grow faster

I ordered 2 orange trees- they were essentially cuttings and not small trees. I was hoping the larger one would produce flowers or fruit, which I was told it could do in the first year but it has not grown very much or produced anything. I am following all directions.

I ordered five trees only two of them were in the condition I expected when they arrived. Two were dead or barely clinging to life. As of now all of the leaves are GONE on them now. The magnolia looked bad to me also. But I guess two out of five isn't bad.

I ordered a philodendron. It came very full and quite happy. Just saw one yesterday at a nursery for four times the price and not as full. Amazing. Thank you.

It took 8 days for the plants to arrive in box, they were dead, and the replacements weren't much better

I ordered a berry bush from FGT as a birthday gift. The product arrived in terrible condition a day later than promised and dry as a bone. I contacted customer service with a lengthy description and photos and never heard back. Needless to say I will not be ordering from FGT again.
