Have done business with FGT for years. Most of the time I get good healthy plants. 3 stars means "neither satisfied or dissatisfied" which I had to choose because I have yet to receive the plants that I ordered today. If it was a question of how the ordering experience was. I would have given another star..."same as most good businesses" rating.
My suggestion is send this customer survey out a month after you deliver the plants and you will get a more accurate assessment of customer satisfaction.
Overall very pleased. Sapling was carefully packaged and arrived in good shape. There were a few brownish leaves when it arrived but it's been three weeks since planting and it looks good.

I spent a significant amount on shrubs to screen my RV from the neighborhood, and some of the plants were mishandled by FedEx and arrived damaged. One phone call and several pictures were all it took to get replacements here in about 72 hours. The replacements were in great shape. 10/10 I will use FGT again!
Disappointing. We are in a new home and are beginning landscaping. I saw your ad online and you were carrying types of trees not readily available in local nurseries. I settled on the PrairieFirst Crabapple because the pictures online were so beautiful and I was looking for a spring flowering tree. It arrives with no dirt, just bare roots. Although it was planted immediately and watered daily, it has since dropped all of its leaves and doesn't look like it will live.

I have ordered 1 Fuji Apple, 2 Elberta Peaches, 2 blueberry bushes, 6 hydrangeas, and 3 hostas. Everything except one of the hydrangeas and one of the hostas arrived in good shape, secure and healthy. All were planted as directed within 2 days, and all except the one hydrangea and the one hosta appear to be doing well.
So far so good, hoping the 2 smaller plants will pull it out.
I call my tree a "stick" because as I expected it looks like a stick with leaves. I do have to say it looks healthy and is already growing. I am pleased with it.
Crape myrtle arrived totally dry and all leaves fell off-was also rootbound in pot and could not separate to plant. Tree did leaf out after about 10 days and looks good now.
I've made two purchases from fastgrowingtrees.com and have been very happy both with the packaging and with the condition of the trees. Will definitely keep them as one of my fave vendors.

All are doing well. Will purchase from this company again.
Plants were really dry when received. Shipped on really hot days. One of four is not going to survive.
My recommendation is not to order during hot weather.

Your, mine, product came with black leaves and disgustingly dry. Why... because FedEx said "delivery by end of day thursday" that became Friday then Saturday. Then they said next Friday but delivered on Wednesday. Plants in severe shipping shock. One plant has +/- 35% life going other at 20%. With cost over $200 not satisfied. Shipping will definitely stop future orders...

I grew up in my family's greenhouses and never thought I'd be ordering plants online, but Fast Growing Trees have proven to be an excellent value. The plants are in excellent shape, packed appropriately, and shipped quickly. The information on the site with care details is very helpful when selecting the plants that will work in my environment.
OfIt took too long to the the trees, & the soil was already out of the pot & dried out!
They told me to wait 4 weeks after planting if they will survive! Not happy at all! The 2 days delivery doesn't really happen!

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
