I was so excited for my pear trees to arrive and when they finally did (5 days late) they were basically just sticks with dead leaves around them.
Planted them anyway to see I if I can revive them. I will never order from this company again.

Shopping was made easy. The trees I ordered were in good shape. The way they box them up for delivery and protection was by far the best I have seen. I would highly recommend. They include instructions for planting and what to expect for the time of season you order them in.

Much to my surprise Fast growing trees stand behind their trees. They were prompt, they were understanding. They reviewed all of my tree photos and they replaced the ones damaged. They have informed staff and even guided me in my potting the plant issues. Excellent customer service.

It arrived in nice shape. I planted it that same day. It looks like its going to be fine. I'll have a better idea next spring when it should really start growing. But, there are a few little buds popping now, so i expect it to be

After receiving a fairly unhealthy tree, they reached out promptly and sent a new one right away at no cost. It was much healthier. I really appreciated their quick response and very helpful/responsive customer service!

There was a super long delay on delivery then when I write to fast growing email, no one replied. When I got the tree, one of them is already dying and avocado tree only one stem with one leaf.

I messaged you about one of my trees arriving broken about 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from you.

I ordered a Reliance peach tree from Fast Growing Trees this past spring & it arrived in great shape, was much larger than I expected & is thriving beautifully in my garden! Most recently ordered Summer Crush hydrangeas for our son & daughter-in-law's new home & they too were beautiful, large & arrived in great shape! I will definitely continue to order with Fast Growing Trees!

The tree was sent quickly and arrived on time, however when opening the box the top half of the hanging shoot was broken.We planted right away with the 2 packages of soil you included. After watering and keeping an eye on it some of the leaves have died but others have taken well.The little guy looks like he made it...

Rootball packed in dry ( peat moss?) almost all fell of when tree removed from the pot. Some other trees from fast growing trees, root ball was wrapped in burlap, much, much better.

Your company is more concerned with sending me emails to buy more than providing a good product. I bought another tree that I wanted for my parents 40 year anniversary for second year due to fact first tree was not good but I have a hard time finding this particular tree anywhere else. Your company might be our new anniversary. See you next year

I paid extra for a taller tree. I received a tall stick, with a few yellow leaves. My friends / neighbors are laughing that I planted & am watering a 5 ft. Stick. IF this stick grows into a tree, I will be long gone from this world. Never will I buy landscaping from online companies. This "tree" that I bought is a joke!

Over 10 days in shipping. Received dead or alive? Don't know but planted anyway... tree was a single stick, bent with 2 little leaf that were dried up.

It took a long time to get the bamboo tree I ordered. It arrived and the box was opened and then tied back closed. Think someone opened it to water it because it took so long to deliver. The pot it was in was broken. The tree looked nothing like the photo. The photo showed a beautiful, full tree with wide leaves. It arrived as several spindly trees with thin leaves. Not what I ordered.

We ordered 3 trees, a honey crisp apple, an ever bearing mulberry, and a north star cherry. The website says delivery within 1-3 days so we planned our schedule around a supposed delivery date, well that date came and went and so did the next day and the next day BUT ON THE NEXT DAY they arrived. Both boxes were delivered upright, despite the box's labels saying to lay them down and one of the boxes was completely crushed in the middle. We removed the trees and found the apple tree to be nearly snapped in half. The other tree in the box with it was fine as was the other tree in its own box, they were both thirsty and slightly wilted but on tact. I called fast growing trees and explained what happened, the service rep took my info, confirmed my order, offered to send me a new tree immediately, and apologized for the inconvenience. It was the most pleasant and simple phone conversation I've had with a service rep on years. The new apple tree arrived within 4 days and all three trees bounced back to full health once planted and they all still look strong and healthy. We look forward to seeing what fruits they bear next year!

This was the best business experience I have had in a very long time. Customer service was polite, helpful, and professional. And the plants matched that experience.
