Selection, purchase and followup were great. Half of the first order died due to FedEx's poor service, but Fast Growing Trees made it right. Definitely will be ordering from again. Would lime to see UPS instead of FedEx though.
Tree was healthy enough but was delivered with it upside down so many of the leaves were damaged. And tree was dislodged and lopsided. I am hoping to nurse it back to health
Ordered three tress and some roses. Quickly delivered and everything was well packed and so far they are doing great. Would highly recommend FastGrowingTrees.com to all who want to get trees and plants.
One of the 5 trees I ordered was yellowed and not looking healthy.
We waited approximately 12 days for our 2 trees to arrive but were very disappointed in the size and overall wimpy appearance of both trees. The Colorado Spruce was small but has potential to grow eventually. The Douglas Fir looks exactly like a Charlie Brown tree with very few needles and the only thing that makes it a 3 foot tree is the barren center branch. We emailed Fast Growing Trees and they promptly got back to us explaining that the trees will get better as they grow but were only willing to give us a 15% credit off our purchase. We paid over $200 for trees we would never have purchased had we seen them in person. You don't know what you're getting and obviously this company is just dumping their scraggily trees. Thought we could trust their quality based on the reviews but don't believe them.
They were twigs and one had no root ball. After several calls I got replacement "trees" but they weren't much better
I'll never buy from this company again
We are so sorry that your replacements were not any better! We have reached out to help!
Very easy, seems like an honest reputable company.
I planted this immediately upon arrival and watered it thoroughly at least 3-4 times a week. It slowly started to die as the needles dried out and the amount of dead branches continued to increase. I feel like I did everything right and had 3 other tress arrive at the same time from fastgrowingtreea.com, with the other 2 being perfectly fine. I was told this was normal and was not offered a replacement.
We are so sorry that your tree didn't recover! We have reached out privately to get a replacement!
Was sent the wrong item made contact once and was never contacted and other correspondence from me were not answered. Have contacted BBB and pay pal, terrible experience!
We are so sorry that you received the incorrect plant and that we didn't receive your email! We have reached out to help!
I was so excited to receive my tree! It was wrapped extremely well and arrived on time. We can hardly wait to watch it grow and offer our neighborhood a brilliant display of colors.
I was a little concerned ordering a live ficus online, it took a few days longer due to the pandemic and i thought it may end up a box of twigs and dirt... it did not. Got a very nice healthy plant that is happy acclimating in our sunroom.
They delivered when they said they would and the trees were very healthy and in great shape.
My first order arrived damaged. Tree was left at my home with box upright. All the soil was out, nursery container was smashed, top limb of tree was broken and all foliage was dead off the tree. In addition to damaged tree, one of the planting soil bags was torn open.
Fast Growing trees was willing to send me replacement, but didn't have the size I ordered so couldn't receive until springtime. I had to order next size up because I wanted to plant in the fall. In addition to higher price for the tree, I had to pay for shipping plus oversize fee. No discount there, even though none of this was my fault.
A week and one day later, on a Saturday, I received a text at 4:30 pm saying Fedex tried to deliver tree, but nobody home to accept package, they would try again next business day, Tuesday. I guess Monday is no longer a business day. I was home and I had never been informed that someone had to be home anyway! Oh, and apparently they tried to deliver it 2 1/2 hrs before I received the text.
I quickly responded to the text that I needed help and after several back and forth texts I got one that gave me the option to speak with someone. I spoke with a female that had such a heavy foreign accent I couldn't understand her. When I asked to speak with someone stateside, she said she didn't have the ability to do that, but they were sorry this happened and would "try" to see if they could deliver tree Monday instead of Tuesday. As I still had a hard time understanding her, I hung up and called again. Male representative, same accent. Same apologies and we would "try" to have it delivered Monday. Hung up, called again, same scenario, except this time I said the tree would probably be dead by Tuesday.
Lo and behold I received it Sunday morning. Immediately planted it and we got freezing nighttime temps at the end of that week. That would not have happened had the first tree been delivered on time. Have done my best to protect tree from the cold, but if it doesn't survive I'm not going to be a happy camper! What a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Never again. Never received a response from fast growing trees when they sent me a review the first time.

I ordered a plant that was 2 to 3 feet tall. It came in at 24.5 inches which was at the lower end of what I hoped for --- but was within the size I ordered.
I also felt the container for the root ball was very small for a plant that you expected to sell in the 2 to 3 foot tall range.
Excellent condition of plant. Smooth ordering and shipping.
They helped me order what i wanted and answered all my questions. The 20 trees came is great shape, packaged well and ready to immediately plant
Ordered three trees in late September, which arrived 5 days later. I was worried about their condition, since the weekend delayed the shipment and the weather was still hot. They arrived fine, but needed planting right away.
Next time, I will order over the weekend to avoid shipping delays.
Now, waiting to see if trees green up in the spring of 2022!
Although it's not, directly, the fault of Fast Growing Trees, it took 9 days from the time my tree left the warehouse to get delivered. Of course it was totally dried out by the time it reached its destination. It seemed to come back after a couple days of rest and care. But time will tell if the roots recovered well enough to survive winter once it got planted. Wish us luck.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
