My original delivery was missing a dogwood I'd ordered, and the two Wisteria vines I'd ordered arrived looking a bit sad... I received two new Wisteria plants, and my dogwood bush, within the following week after speaking with customer service.

I purchased several thousands of dollars worth of plants and about 80% of them were fine, and in great shape. The other 20% were mashed by the shipper. Fast Growing Trees were super quick to get replacements to me, so KUDOS on that, but what is the answer here?

From what I saw, it's the shipper. If the packaging had been cared for as printed on the box, there would be no issue.
Two of my Crape Myrtles arrived looking very tattered. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and sent out replacements. No hassle, just a pleasant email!
I ordered four trees and two blueberry bushes. Packing was exceptional. Two weeks later the pear trees look great and one apple tree looks good. The other apple tree is not looking too good but I know it's the dormant season and only time will tell. Very pleased so far.
My first order was actually delayed through no fault of the company and the two trees I ordered were dry and almost dead by the time I received them. However, I contacted the company and they sent me two new trees straightaway! I actually went ahead and planted the two "dead" ones and one of them is flourishing quite well! I ordered three more trees and was impressed with how quickly they arrived as well. Would recommend to another buyer

I have been looking for a certain type of tree I got an email that it had come in I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very nice the tree was available I made the order shipping was very fast received it in good condition
I ordered a weeping cherry tree and was disappointed in the tree; I called customer service and they quickly took care of me and sent another tree as a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement tree was in worse shape than the original tree. Very disappointed

The trees arrive bent over and some had snapped limbs to fit the shipping box. Out of 8 trees shipped only 3 are still alive.
The fig looked pretty doubtful and two of the roses didn't look very good. But when I got them planted and have kept them watered, they actually look good. Not sure about the roses but am hopeful. The fig now looks very good. The oranges actually had blooms on them when they arrived. I'm looking forward to be able to pick fruit from the trees and bushes soon

After receiving the first tree, which was not in good health, I contacted the company and a replacement was sent out immediately. Irt arrived in great shape and is doing well in the ground and waiting for spring and new growth.
Customer service top notch! I don't have to asked for a replacement because FedEx delay my delivery for almost 2 weeks. Thanks
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
