I created 2 separate order orders totaling 32 trees. Both packages came by way of FedEx & both packages came severely damaged, plastic bags around the quart containers of trees plus the plastic containers were ripped & broken with soil spread throughout the box. I sent an email describing this scenario & asked if I ordered again, would I have an option on carriers, preferably UPS. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. My friends who order from this company will know of this issue & lack of response on their part. It appears that half the trees I ordered & tried planting will probably die, $548 worth of trees ordered so it'll be a loss of at least $278.
Shipped quickly. When received had some questions about planting in the winter (Northeast). Great advice!
I ordered three trees and had them within two days. The good condition of the trees was comparable to similar trees which I purchased locally.
I received my order in a timely manner but all the trees were broken and ended up only being about 6 inches tall after the tops were broken off and the leaves on one of the blueberry bushes turned brown within a few days. I will have to see if they survive. Because of these issues I would probably not order again.
We planted the weeping willow the day after it was received. It seems to be doing OK even though we are moving into winter in TN. Hope it survives the winter. We plan to order some fruit trees after the first of the year.

Order my first empress tree this last summer, it came in the middle of the summer, when it arrived in a box all the leaves were in the box, and not on the tree. Well planted the tree as specified, the tree stayed green for a couple of days, and then little by little it started dieing from top to bottom. Within a month the tree was completely dead. I though it might come back from the roots, but three months later, nothing. Well there goes a hundred bucks down the drain. My reccommendation, don't let this company sell any plant to you in the middle of the summer, it's a waste of your money.

Our trees arrived in excellent shape and are now in the ground. They are larger (older) than any other mail-order tree I've bought and seem a great deal for the price. I look forward to them leafing out in the spring!

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
