Not what I expected! Pityfull avocado "tree".
Twisted twig with no branches and about a dozen unhealthy leaves. Bought the soil and amendment's so I'm determine to save it and im keeping it indoors till spring.
Loved the way the tree was packaged. It was so healthy and bigger than I thought it would be. I accidentally gave the wrong shipping address and customer service was a great experience and got me taken care of with no problem!
Trees got here on a very poor conditions. Peaches trees came with broken branches and all the leaf fallen off the at the bottom of the box

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!
My experiences haven't been very good. My first tree died, I even bought the warranty but never could get the photos to load onto the webite so I never received a replacement. My fingers are crossed that the Maple I recently purchased will survive. Upon receipt all the leaves appeared to be dying on the tips or they are diseased. Since planting I haven't noticed any new growth or improvement.

I ordered these trees for our daughter and children who live in GA. They love the trees and had so much fun planting them. The kids are waiting daily for fruit to grow, lol.
I had ordered a Blood Orange Tree, and only was placed only to NOT have it delivered and then find out it is not deliverable to Florida. It was a gift order.

Not so impressed. To expect a box of six plants to stay in place with only one small cardboard divider in a 4ft long box with the words this side up, printed on the long side of the box is not enough protection when shipping across the country. Be it UPS or FedEx NEVER handle special packing well! As for my special flower order due on or before November 15, well, it didn't ship yet, but if Mathew hadn't have looked into it, I still would not have known, the special birthday would have been missed entirely, but I had to scramble to find something to replace it with only two + days notice.
Folks, Texas got hit with a huge freeze in February and killed my patio Meyer Lemon. I used to harvest up to 400 lemons annually and hope that the replacement Meyer Lemon will be as productive. I appreciated the step-by-step planting instructions and the warranty … which I hope to not need.
I have ordered 8 fruit trees and 7 bushes from FastGrowingTrees.com. All the trees arrived looking absolutely beautiful. We did have one bush arrive separated from its root ball, but customer service immediately replaced the bush with no fuss. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to plant self sustaining trees and bushes.
I've ordered several times from this company and have always been impressed with their products and their packaging and the timeliness of receiving the order. One time I ordered several Norway Spruce trees and this time I ordered 8 Rhododendrons. The Rhodies were just what I wanted, in good condition, and on sale!

All three trees that I ordered arrived damaged. While some damage is to be expected, two trees were jammed into the same box and thus lost ALL of their branches and leaves. The top of one tree had even snapped off entirely due to the cramped packaging. I reached out to customer service after receiving my order to express my concern and have yet to receive any response.

Unfortunately, the lilac plant is losing leaves even though I have kept it indoors. I am hoping that it recovers.

Due to the COVID my shipment was delayed and when it finally arrived I had 3 very dead trees. The box crushed and the nice trees were broken dirt was all over the box. I called and got a refund. No hassle just great customer service

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
