Quick, easy check out and shipping. Packaged beautifully. Easy to plant. No growth yet but it's early.
Order a jacaranda tree. When it arrived it looked like it had been out during in freezing weather. The top branch was broken. All the leaves were frost burnt. Called and the staff was nice and helpful. I ask them to talk the Packers about how they ship. They sent another tree. When it arrived it also had dry dead leaves and the main branch was broken again. So maybe if I ordered it in spring the tree would be healthier. But shipping is an issue that needs to be resolved.

The tracking notifications were vital as the box of trees were not delivered in the location expected and requested. However, I found the box on the property and placed it in the garage on its side as directed by the printing on the box, opened the box and everything looked in order. I unpacked the two trees a couple of days later. The pots they were in were well-watered. They were each well secure to stakes the full height. I was able to quickly unpack and repot from their one-gallon sizes into individual 5-gallon pots. They have been outside in full sun in spring Mediterranean climate for about 2 weeks, and seem to be doing well and sprouting new leaves. I look forward to planting them in-ground at their final location, where I expect to have a set of mature trees for allspice berries and medicinal bark for many, many years.
Placed order on 01/20/22 with debit card. Today is 02/10/22 and have NOT received any of the 4 items purchased. I tried to get online to track order but couldn't. I found phone number for questions and called it. They told me certain zones during winter aren't shipped until April. Too bad that wasn't listed on screen when I placed and paid for order.

I ordered several plants. None arrived healthy, I believe because of the temperature during shipment. I contacted customer service, followed their recommendations, and 1 (so far) still died. I contacted to get a replacement, was told I'd have to pay for shipping. I declined, then they offered free shipping, either immediately, or delayed until spring. I asked for the tree to be shipped in spring. However, it was shipped immediately. This tree is in the same condition as the one I initially received. Unhealthy and ready to die. The 2 shipments I have received have both been delayed 2/3 days by the shipper, in below freezing winter temperatures. I'm wondering why they even ship these items out in these conditions. I have 2 other trees that I ordered at the same time, that I am also not impressed with. I will no longer order from this company, but they did try to make it right by sending out a replacement.

Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!
My tree delivery was delayed and looks like it may die. I called and emailed with concerns seeking assistance and never heard back. Looks like I may be out $100. How can I return it if they won't return my communications?

Very pleased that Fast Growing Trees carried this specific variety of dogwood. I have been looking for it for years. I was more than pleased when it arrived and it was bigger than expected. Can't wait to watch it grow and eventually bloom.
The tree came promptly as promised, was well packaged and in good condition.
When I received the tree I noticed that there wasn't enough soil in the bin and the tree was obviously dried up. I took pictures and called the service number to obtain some advice on what to do. The representative said it was just a temperature shock and to move it to a room that didn't have vents and it should improve in a few weeks. I have yet to see improvement if anything it's only dried up more. I think that the choice of tree that was sent out wasn't appropriate and the tree wasn't provided with adequate amount of soil for transportation. I'm especially disappointed because I received a redwood tree last January and it was in much better condition than this one, so I know that this company can provide healthy trees.

There are so many limits on what can ship and when it will ship. If I am ordering an indoor plant, I should be able to get that shipped year round. It is also impossible to get any fruit trees sent to CA but it doesn't tell you that until you attempt to check out.
The agricultural department prohibits certain plants from being shipped into your state. You can locate information on each plant’s product page under the zone map. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!
We were very disappointed with the way the plants were received. They were packaged poorly and frozen. We re potted both plants but one of them is on "life support".

I have placed two orders with FGT, and received both orders. The first was a palm that arrived beautifully and I think will mature into a great tree. It was packaged incredibly well, and arrived in a timely manner. The second order was an avocado tree that arrived last week during a non typical Dallas Texas freeze. It did not fair as well, but when I contacted FGT, they immediately apologized for my disappointment because of the weather damage and promised tio send another when warmer shipping times (30 days) and supply permitted. I am very pleased with their products and especially their service. I will definitely be a regular customer..

First shipment items are not thriving even with my tlc. Avacado trees are losing all their leaves and I don't see buds for new growth.

I ordered two plants. One arrived dead and the other died within 24 hours. I assume it was due to the cold weather and lack of proper storage while en route during shipping. I emailed regarding the situation with no response. I guess I know not to order plants in the colder months as they are not packaged correctly.

Your site has great info, and I was really excited to get my golden pothos. The leaves literally looked like dead spinach right out of the box. I've been trying to revive it since Jan 24th, but have had to cut it back a lot and I'm not sure it's going to make it. I chose this plant since I don't have a green thumb or a lot of time to devote to it. Wish it was healthy out of the box like the videos on your website. Have been dealing with a medical procedure, so haven't had the time to send pictures to customer support.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
