I ordered 3 fruit plants. They arrived pretty quick. One plant looks like it might die (after 1 week) it arrived dry a day missing a lot of soil. I am still waiting to see aby growth

I purchased three plants over a month ago from this company. The website indicated they would ship in 1-2 days. Not having received anything, and with no communication from them, I had to call to be told my order would not ship for a month because of my growing zone. That was okay but when the time came for my order to ship, one of the plants, I was told, was out of stock! I had already paid for this tree and it should have been put aside had they any fully functioning inventory system like Costco or any other business I buy from. I was never notified it was out of stock or given another option. I had to call in to find out. When I did call the rep was not able to help me even though they had other trees they could have sent. I ordered 1-2' and they had 2-3' in stock. He gave me a $10 credit and pretty much blamed it on a glitch in the computer system. This was my first order with them and likely my last.

I ordered a couple of cherry tree's and a Goji berry bush from Fast Growing Tree's. I received them via Fedex and was pleasantly surprised at what great condition the plants were in. The plants were exactly as described and the cherry trees even had little unripe cherries on them! I immediately planted them and can't wait for them to fruit!
The package comes very good protection for the trees I planted and they look good!

Knew I wanted cherry trees. Knew I wanted small ones. Descriptions were very helpful. They arrived safely and in good condition. While they were a little wilted looking at first, now they've rebounded and are quite perky.

I ordered 10 trees on a Thursday night. They arrived on Sunday. Was very impressed.
I bought 2 trees (1yr apart). Both trees were dead on arrival. A 3' and a 6", same tree.The branches had no leaves and the small branches themselves were brittle to the touch. I tried and had hope to somehow revive them. But dead is dead.
I WROTE IN ALREADY ONCE, WITH NO RESPONSE. THE TREES I BUY ARE USUALLY NICE. THE JUNIPERS AND THE CREPE MYRTLES I BOUGHT WERE SO SMALL AND SKINNY, BARELY WHAT THEY ADVERTISED, IF YOU STRETCHED THEM. THE CREPE MYRTLES ARE SINGLE STOCK SKINNY TINY VINE SIZED, THEY WERE DELIVERED OUT OF THE POTS DIRT EVERYWHERE, BOX WAS A MESS. I DID NOT KNOW IF THEY WOULD LIVE BEING BARE ROOT. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED! ESPECIALLY, SINCE I WROTE ONCE WITH NO RETURN EMAIL.

I ordered Big Blue Liriope to plant in Texas in March. The nurseries here did not yet have any fresh supply. But, I wish I had known that some of the plants I would be receiving would be trimmed of winter damage rather than fresh new plants. For that I was disappointed so did not give a five star rating. But all plants were healthy, and better than the winter damaged ones I was finding here, so I rated this experience 4 star.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
