I ordered both a lime and Meyer lemon tree. Lime tree took a week to arrive, but is in good shape. The lemon tree arrived after a few days, but all the leaves had shrivelled and fallen off. Hoping it comes back with the proper care, but not wildly impressed for the money.

The magnolia was a gift to a relative she thought is was perfect.

The strawberries on my first order had fungus. I was overcharged on my second order. I had the worst experience with customer service correcting the order and failed to reach a manager when I called.the love hydrangea leaves came unhealthy; looking dry and wilted. I would like a refund.
First is the cost. It was not cheap but I believe that the value was there.
If my needs ask for plants in the future I will be checking with them 1st before anyone else.

Well they sent my trees and when they got here wasn't expecting them in a box. When I opened it. The leaves the tips of them were black. A sign of frost bite. So I took them out and put them in a five gallon bucket gave them water. And it's only been 2 days and put them out side today and one lost half its leaves and the other one is turning brown all ready. They should have never shipped them yet. Pretty disappointed.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
