Shipping was fast. Great. Acerola Cherry Tree arrived in not-great-shape... it's struggling to survive in my yard. (Lesson: make SURE to get the plant insurance.) The Climax blueberry bushes... one of them looked great, the other one was sparse... I'd call it an overgrown twig. The fact that you have no control over what you get make nurseries you visit a viable choice.
Found product I was looking for that hadn't found locally. Ordering was straightforward and easy. Delivery was quick. Products were very well packaged for shipment and arrived in excellent condition.

It is understandable that when shipping a plant over several days that the plant will not be perfect and indeed, will encounter stress. With that said, our tree arrived with exposed roots. Some of the major roots had been cut short and the soil was dry; the root ball had totally disintegrated. Where the root ball should have been moist and in tact; we had what was like a bag of lose dirt. In all fairness, the tree is still alive around 1.5 weeks after planting.
Trees are always in good living condition and ready to plant. This is 3rd or 4th order and has always had fast shipping!
Living in zone 9 I decided to give this beautiful tree a shot. FGT offered a full years warranty for free as a special offer so that made purchasing 2 trees an easy decision. The trees arrived in about 4 days and were packed together very well. Upon opening I noticed a couple of crispy/dead leaves but due to the fact they were on the lower branches and there was lots of new buds and growth happening, again I felt that was normal due to being boxed and in darkness for a couple of days. I ordered the 4-5 foot versions and found that my 2 were more like 5-6 which to me was an added bonus.
I am very satisfied with my purchase and because of FGT's rapid shipping and excellent packaging, I have since purchased and received a Haas Avocado tree and I am very happy with that one as well. I will be ordering again soon. Well done FGT!
I absolutely love my tree. It came packaged very nicely. I was worried how it may fair coming in the mail, but the way it was secured in the box kept it safe. It was a good size and the quality was amazing. I can't wait to see my red bud bloom next spring!

I purchased a tree and was told that the tree would ship within two days of the order. I waited for two weeks and the tree never was shipped. I eventually had to cancel the order as I had to move on to another company that would in fact produce the goods I had purchased.
We are so sorry that we weren't able to ship this tree! Unfortunately when dealing with Mother Nature, she can be unpredictable and our inventory just wasn't up to par to ship. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience!
It shipped fast, came fast, I instantly planted these trees, they already rooted into the ground and are blooming leaves within a week
Tree is the size of a pencil and strawberry basket was upside down in box. I got emails asking for pictures but I had included them with my original complaint. I just expected more based on other reviews I read. I am not certain the tree will survive given its puny start.

I have received several plants from FGT and I'm always impressed with the shipping quality and plant quality. Every time I've had a problem the help team has responded quickly and with excellent knowledge.
All arrived well except for the Rainbow Eucalyptus tree. I'm nursing it back to health. Some how it arrived so dry the leaves were all dried up. But some a springing back now.

Your our webside said delivery in 2-3 days- it was 2 weeks- Fed Ex kept the plants in Vacaville- a city 35 miles from me for 5 days. The plants were ratty in horrible condition sick condition. All the leaves have fallen off. I was hoping to have a colorful front yard for Easter and all I have are sticks in the ground..

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
