So wonderful finding what you're looking for and having to run around town or settle for a different plant or tree. Well packaged with absolutely no damage. Arrived in a healthy state. I did plant immediately after delivery. Plant is thriving. Great experience and I would order again.

I thought the trees would have a few buds on them but at least they appear to be budding out now.

Ordered a tree some root growth fertilizer and a gator bag to keep it watered. The box apparently opened enroute, so fertilizer was lost in shipping along with a free plant they had included, maybe don't put so much in one box? Lost items were promptly re-shipped after a phone call, but was a bit more work to add fertilizer after already planting tree (supposed to go in bottom of hole).

Everything I have ever purchased from them has died, the warranties don't cover replacement. Very expensive

Received a tree that was questionably diseased. (Received notification from them that some of the type of tree that I purchased came from a nursery that was infected. My tree appeared to have had some of the symptoms). Fast-Growing Trees replaced it immediately. Have purchased many trees from them and this was the first time there was any question about the health of the tree. All others have been very healthy. Customer service is always excellent as well.

While ordering process was easy - web site clearly misrepresents products and i will never use or recommend this company!

Got my order, not in great condition, plant (black pepper) dying after a couple of weeks. It was replaced with another plant but the main stems are already dead (brown/black). There are however several newer shoots. I have ordered before and I observed the same problem - packaging is not good. It is fine if shipping time is a maximum of 1-2 days. I am well experienced ordering live plants from Asia and India with shipping time of 4 to 6 weeks, so how the plant is packed counts a lot. For a starter, your plant comes in its pot but the pot with the soil and plant is not secured such that customers will receive the plant with the soil out of the pot and the roots exposed causing stress to the plant. It is fine if the box is kept standing, but your instruction is to lay it flat. It is common sense that if you lay a pot on its side, the soil will spill out.

Perfect! In one day an absolutely gorgeous 4 foot olive tree tenderly wrapped arrived. It's doing well, thank you.

For the money i feel the tree was too small and not what I expected. I was expecting a more Matura tree.

I was dissapointed when I opended the box. The box arrived promptly in good shape. The tree was spindly and the rootball was the equivalent of a 1.5 gallon pot; tree trunk diameter was1/2" at best. I ordered the 5-6 foot tree it was at best 5 foot. I've planted it and it is starting to leaf out. For a $200+ tree I was disappointed.

Ordered 2 identical plants in 2 separate orders one day apart. One came about 3 feet tall with good branching and the other about 6 inches tall. Quite a difference. Called to ask about it and was told it just depends on the day... pretty much you get what you get.

I thought that the trees would be excellent stock because of the price. They got to my home looking like they came off a clearance rack. Some had totally lost all of their leaves in the shipping box. Some were so wilted that never rehydrated. They then sent replacement trees that were worse than the original order. They had been packed in a too small box. At least 12 to 14" of the top of the trees had been broken. 2 of the replacement trees came in a quart black pot. I filled a complaint with the BBB. When I spoke with Fastgrowing Tree on May 2,2022, the best they could offer was 50% off the purchase price. I had paid $646.00 for all the trees on the original order. That cover 4 peach and 2 apple. I was still within my 30 day guarantee.

After looking for a flowering tree at my local garden centers, and finding none I liked, I looked online for different varieties. Just to get ideas. Low and behold, the Golden Chain tree was pictured. I was so excited to see it, because growing up in New York Sate we had one in our yard. I have never ordered a living plant or tree online before. I took the chance, and was so happy. It arrived in two days and was in full bloom and in beautiful shape.

I bought a redbud tree to plant in memory of my mother passing a couple months ago. The tree was shipped very fast & packaged well.

My first order of trees was delivered quickly and the trees were exactly as described by the Fast Growing Trees.

Delivery was supposed to be on a Saturday, but they didn't arrive until Monday. One of the trees appears to be ok, the other had broken branches and I'm not sure it will make it. I don't believe it is the company's fault, but rather the delivery.
