While the description was technically accurate, the tree was a 3 gallon tree what the description failed to mention was the pot was 3 gallons but the tree was 3 inches.

I purchased 4 fruit trees and 3 berry bushes through FGT, all of them great. Had I not received another tree through them my experience would have been wonderful, solid 5, BUT my husband decided to surprise me with a cherry tree for Mother's Day. This Stella Cherry tree was ordered as a 6-7ft tree that would Fruit the first year. When you look at the website it says that the reason to buy through FGT is because they care and nurture their trees and send well established WELL BRANCHED trees. I received a 6-7 ft stick. Not a single branch to be seen. When I contacted customer service they gave every excuse in the book in order to avoid correcting the issue- it's dormant, it was pruned for better growth, just give it time and it will turn into a beautiful tree, etc. One customer service person offered a store credit then changed their mind on the solution. I offered to send the tree back but get this- in order to return a product that I am dissatisfied with I need to pay for shipping AND a 25% restock fee. This is considering they sent me a tree without a single branch and I have warranty on it. I was going to do it because I was so upset but at the end of the day why should I be the one to pay for an issue that was on their end? If you look at the reviews for the Stella tree every single picture has branches. How can you tell me that what I received is normal? So with that all being said, I'll give them 2 stars because on the order that I made my items were satisfactory. But because of my husbands order I wish I could give them zero stars. Basically my husband paid $180 dollars for a 6 ft twig with a couple leaves on it.
I was totally impressed with the size and condition of the sycamore tree I received. It was planted the next day after arrival and it's already flourishing.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
