I ordered a ketchup and mustard rose. Website said growing zone 9 was ok. The poor thing is cooking. The little buds are roasting before they can bloom. I called Fast Growing Tress and spoke with Louis who jokingly told me to put an umbrella over it. Ha ha. He did refer me to warranty. I took pic and sent them to Fredrick. He said the rose bush didn't look bad enough for a credit. I guess I'll have to take better pictures when the rest of the buds roast. I'm feeling unsatisfied.
I ordered two trees, and one shipped as expected in 1-2 days, but apparently the other was back ordered and there was no communication about it. I finally called and was told that it would ship the next week. Still waiting.
The tree I received arrived in good condition and is doing well. Looking forward to saying the same thing about my late arrival.
Every tree we've received has done well, 2 Crepe Myrtles, a Silverleaf Maple and a Dogwood. I bought three other trees for my mother and look forward to seeing how they do.

Being a multi repeat customer, I naturally went to a place that has given me exemplary products. This time however, the packaging was subpar. All the dirt had been dumped out of the pots so the plants had nothing protecting the roots. The plants were a bit scraggly, not the robust specimens I had come to expect from Fast Growing Trees. Because I have had such beautiful plants in the past, I will continue to support this company, and just chalk it up to a fluke.
One of the tree came sick. It death now and nothing they been doing to replace it. I paid $139.00 for it.

Had an issue with what was sent. (wrong item) they very quickly shipped out the correct item. Both items were and still are two weeks later in fantastic shape. Would order again without hesitation.
I have bought from FGT and usually pleased but this purchase was disappointing to say the least.the hanging baskets were busted and couldn't be hung at all. The plants were in awful shape I am sure it was bc of the basket busting. The answer from customer service was a $2 credit which as u know will not pay for baskets IF I could find any in my area that would work for it. These were to be gifts but that is not an option due to the condition so wasted money. I was very surprised with the customer service response to say the least.

First tree came with a crooked trunk. The second tree came with a horrific looking graft and the leaves have died off.

Any trees, shrubs, flowers they I have ordered from them have came in fast and usually already budding. Even if they didn't make it through the shock of replanting/travel they replaced them quickly and checked back to make sure it was taking the second time.
I ordered several trees, and shrubs. The trees were in great shape but the packaging on the hydrangeas left the leaves damaged. Because of the way they were packaged the pots were laying down, leaves were sitting in water and it looked like they had been damaged by a freeze. One pot was crammed on top of the rose tree and many of the branches were broken. I have pruned back as much as I dare and am hoping they will all bounce back. Because I am in Washington I am waiting to get them in the ground until our last freezing weather has passed.
The hardy hibiscus I sent my daughter arrived promptly and she advises that she loves them.
I was not happy that my trees showed up 6 days after ordering. I read that they should have been there in 3 days. They looked very bad, were dry and in need of water. I am praying that they don't die. I was very happy with my experience. Next time I will try and track my order to see where it is.
Ordered 2 trees - arrived on time. Cherry tree (5-6') beautiful, healthy and tall. American Elm (5-6') barely 5', no growth at all - still no signs of any growth.

Had what I was looking for at a decent price. Will defiantly buy again. I would suggest making sure the burlap wrapped trees are securely wrapped, one of mine was loose and falling apart.
I purchased my first tree, a flame thrower red bud. The product arrived in a well package box. The tree was in great shape with the beautiful leaves in place. I planted it in a container and the tree never skipped a beat. No shock showing. Within a couple of days, it was adding more leaves and color.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
