I bought 2-3 ft Valencia mango tree with the description that it is 2-3 ft and will bear fruit in 1-2 years what arrived was barely a foot tall plant with a 3 ft bamboo stick to keep it vertical with almost dead leaves. I planted it with the hope that transportation has stressed the plant. Watered it as recommended but the plat is dead already in a week. Long wait time in the phone. When I finally got a person, they were not super helpful. I had even bought the warranty. I wanted the E mail where I could send the pictures but she wanted me to first do a scratch test and then call all over again. Very very disappointing

I have never ordered a tree online before and would like to have been informed about what I was actually going to receive. It seems more like a stick with a few leaves rather than a tree.

While trees arrived in seemingly good condition when I went to plant them many of them were clearly in their plastic container much to long. As someone with 5 years in landscape I have a bit of knowledge and many of the trees had the root ball that was totally enclosed in plastic and even growing out through the hole in the bottom. That makes it harder for a plant to take to the soil when it is planted and means it's been in a small container too long.

We wanted a crape myrtle tree, and the local nursery wanted $399, then adds delivery fees. We got our 6' tree from FastGrowingTrees for MUCH less. Just a few weeks after planting, it is growing many new branches and leaves. Very happy so far!

I bought a Chinese Pistachio tree. It was delivered on time. The tree started to grow in our backyard.

I bought a tree and the additional warranty. The tree has been dropping leaves since it arrived. I wrote to the company and sent pictures and was told to buy fertilizer to try to nurse the tree back to health.

I ordered a ketchup and mustard rose. Website said growing zone 9 was ok. The poor thing is cooking. The little buds are roasting before they can bloom. I called Fast Growing Tress and spoke with Louis who jokingly told me to put an umbrella over it. Ha ha. He did refer me to warranty. I took pic and sent them to Fredrick. He said the rose bush didn't look bad enough for a credit. I guess I'll have to take better pictures when the rest of the buds roast. I'm feeling unsatisfied.

I ordered two trees, and one shipped as expected in 1-2 days, but apparently the other was back ordered and there was no communication about it. I finally called and was told that it would ship the next week. Still waiting.

The tree I received arrived in good condition and is doing well. Looking forward to saying the same thing about my late arrival.
