All the plants have been in the ground for a few weeks and are still in shock. Even if they live it will be a lost growing season. One of trees arrived badly damaged and they replaced it so I gave 2 stars.
I somehow missed out an extra $5 off for signing up for text messages, but overall I'm happy. The trees was large and healthy and shipped fast.

This is the 3rd purchase we have made from FastGrowingTrees.com. The first, a Jane Magnolia, is 3 yrs old and looking great. It has already bloomed twice this season. The other items we ordered this year, Catmint, Plumeria and Miss Figgy fig tree are doing great so far. The box and some of the Catmint was damaged during shipping but is coming back nicely. Will definitely continue to purchase from them.

We were missing a few trees and were very concerned about how we would get them replace. The customer service rep was wonderful and help us through the process.
I purchased a raspberry bush that was green and happy when delivered. I also ordered 2 Hannah blueberry and a legacy blueberry that were happy and green. I also bought an Aurora blueberry that was not so happy. I called customer service and they are working with me to replace the plant. I would most definitely recommend and use Fast Growing Trees again.
Everything was great except for two missing items that after calling, find out they are back ordered. Was charged in full and still waiting for update.
I was told my dense yew would be delivered in 2 days and 2 days later I received my yew. It was exactly as described and healthy. I will definitely buy from FastGrowingTrees.com again.

The trees arrive in good shape, a size easy to handle and plant. I remove all burlap ant other wrapping, as bare root planting is best. So far, so good! Grow away, little guy!
I bought ten evergreen trees and two lilac bushes and the process was super easy. The items arrived at my house really fast and were extremely well packed. I was pleased with the whole process. I only have had them in the ground a couple of weeks, but so far they are healthy and thriving.

Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
