Everything was great except for two missing items that after calling, find out they are back ordered. Was charged in full and still waiting for update.
I was told my dense yew would be delivered in 2 days and 2 days later I received my yew. It was exactly as described and healthy. I will definitely buy from FastGrowingTrees.com again.

The trees arrive in good shape, a size easy to handle and plant. I remove all burlap ant other wrapping, as bare root planting is best. So far, so good! Grow away, little guy!
I bought ten evergreen trees and two lilac bushes and the process was super easy. The items arrived at my house really fast and were extremely well packed. I was pleased with the whole process. I only have had them in the ground a couple of weeks, but so far they are healthy and thriving.
There was a problem with the quality upon arrival which they quickly took care of. I am grateful that I had a second opportunity to correct my previous unhappy review.
We have ordered over 20 trees and bushes between my daughter and me. We did have a few with the roots wholly exposed, but we sent pictures back, and they were immediately replaced. All others were perfect. I will be ordering more trees and bushes from fast-growing trees and recommending them to others. We have called customer service a few times and have had excellent service. I ordered a dragon fruit cactus, along with several other plants/trees. The dragon fruit was very poorly packed and stems were completely broken. I called and sent pics and was sent a replacement. The second Dragon fruit that came was packed worst than the 1st one. The main stem was broken off and just shoved in the bagged pot. I called again and sent pics and was advised a replacement would be sent again since it was so badly broken and had no chance of survival. The 3rd one came and was also broken. At this point I just gave up and am out the $$. I've ordered quite a bit over the past 2 years and everything else has been great.

Flower bulbs did not grow. Checked later and they were rotten. Would not order these again or not from this company.
I ordered four fig trees a few weeks ago and requested them to be shipped on May 9th. I have a landscaper coming this week to have them planted. When I received a shipping confirmation on May 10th it was only for two trees. I called customer service and was told two are on backorder. When I told her I was not happy, she said she cannot control the growing of the trees and hung up on me. VERY RUDE!

I had ordered a tree which became unavailable during the ordering process, and was not informed of its unavailability. Fast Growing Trees mad it right by sending me the same tree when they were available at no cost to me. Fast Growing Trees went above and beyond and certainly made it right by me.
They sent a half dead crape myrtle tree that was dried out and brittle. It did have some new springtime buds, however, it clearly was not thriving and they never should have sent this tree.
They did give me a full refund but I would never use them again.
It's normal for crape myrtles to look "dead" when they are dormant. They're also one of the last trees to leaf back out in Spring, so we completely understand your concerns and glad we could help!
I have no problem paying a premium for service and products. But to my eye, there is no difference in the 2 and 3 gallon shrubs I purchased. And I received one "runt" which has clearly underperformed. I expected premium products.

I was very impressed by the way my 2 cherry trees arrived. They were very healthy looking and green. They were absolutely beautiful is the word. I even received help from a life plant supporter from Fast Growing Trees and I would recommend this company to the entire world. My cherry trees were potted over a month ago and they are doing great. I can't wait until harvest, hopefully by the end of summer 2022.
We purchased couple of fruit trees last year and one of them didn't grow.
Last mont we ordered three more fruit trees(plants) one reacehd in bad shaped still didnt show any sign of growth and the other one reacehed dry as rock and the size mentioned was 2-3 feet where as it is around 13inches and like a stick, I wonder when will this grow and bare fruit. I was told to wait couplr of weeks and call us back. I might wait another week and call you to replace or refund. Thank you. Pleae do not spoil your reputation. I expect reply from you. Thank U again
We're so sorry for the concerns with your trees! Shipping stress can cause plants to wilt and even drop leaves but typically make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. Please do not worry, we have your plant covered 100%. Just check back in with us if for some reason it begins to decline and we'll ship a new one!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
