3. Ordered two Japanese fern, they were both damaged due to way they were packed.
Company sent 1 replacements, which also arrived damaged berries in dirt, Brocken stems.
4 ordered Mountain fire pieris- it arrived gorgeous
So I ordered 2nd one to match. 2nd one wasn't mountain fire. Some leads look unhealthy. Called the company they sent replacement. Arrived in terrible condition with dead, damaged some bricked and dry leafs.

I purchased an azalea, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Great care was taken in packing it for shipment. I planted it shortly after receiving it, and it's looking healthy. Can't wait to see it bloom!

I paid for the tree warranty. When my trees arrived, one tree was completely trashed. I called and spoke with my 'tree expert' who said she was sending a replacement right away.

5 days later, I have a hole in my yard and no replacement tree to put in it.

The Japanese Maple arrived nicely boxed and on a timely manner. The product was of quality and looks beautiful in our garden.

I'm not happy that the items were not actually shipped as stated. The quality of the items weren't what I expected. I get better trees from the local stores. I would like a refund for these items. NOT QUALITY!

Quickly got my trees and they were in great condition

Trees were securely packaged and looked great upon delivery. The trees looked like I just bought them at my local gardening store. I purchased 6 spartan juniper, willow tree and a golden chain tree. All are growing well and look great.

I purchased this tree in memory of my father. I got permission to have this plant in our community because of the location of where it can be seen. It was important to me to have this delivered because I'm disabled and can't get one on my own. I was happy to have found this site and with them offering insurance it made me feel even better with the purchase.

The tree arrived so fast that the landscaper wasn't ready and customer service responded quickly with my questions to make sure the tree will be okay for planting. The packaging of the tree was really well done. The tree was very secured and looked better then I was expecting.

The tree is doing wonderful! I have plenty of new leaves popping out already. I'm really enjoying this tree and very happy with the purchase. I'm not sure on the price as everything seems expensive right now but I really didn't mind as it was a special cause.

Took a while to deliver so a few of the limbs were dead and a bunch of leaves were turning yellow

I've ordered from this company before and then we decided to expand our line of the Lombardy poplar to be planted and both shipments were awesome. The first one unfortunately had two broken ones and they replaced it without question. I would definitely recommend this company they take care of their customers.

Easy as it could be. Found a tree I wanted and ordered it. It came within days and it's in the ground looking good!

My mango tree has died. I order 3 strawberry plants: one pot had only soil and the other two were in poor condition. Only one survived. My guava tree is doing well.

The trees arrived 2 days later than scheduled.
The Maple had a broken limb and the leaves were wilted. We planted both the following morning as per the instructions. The Oak looks like it will survive, but the Maple's leaves are wilted and starting to turn brown. I inspect everyday looking for signs of life, but have lot seen any sign of new green yet. What should I do?

My tree arrived with the central leader bent at a 90* angle and what few leaves it had were dried and shriveled. We planted it immediately but it has not put on any new leaves. It appears to be dead. Central leader has not straightened out like I was hoping it would.

Everything went smoothly., but my patio peach tree isn't doing very well. I may need a replacement.

My Butterflies Magnolia arrived in perfect condition. The order was delivered expeditiously and well packaged. In the past few weeks the plant has adapted well and continues to sprout new growth. I am very pleased.
