Plants we have ordered. Only complaint is Fed Ex. We have very sorry service and they never disappoint 4 days after expected delivery date but plants still in great shape packed & hydrated well.

Last summer, I ordered twice and likely Covid caused, shipments were seriously delayed and proxy's arrived in very poor to dead condition.
This year I ordered and only received 1 day late but 2 crape myrtles were again in poor condition loosing 95% of leaves. I got replacements yesterday which were of considerably higher quality. Thanks. I do have to wonder why I didn't get this quality the first shipment.
The price and shipping time both seemed very reasonable. However when they arrived it looked like they were already distressed and had a hard time before shipping. All the leaves were wilted, torn and damaged. I planted both using 4 cu/ft of fertilized soil and mulched the area for extra moisture. It's been almost weeks and the plants are still struggling with no new growth. I'm not convinced they'll make it.
The shipping was fast and the plants looked very healthy. The only downside is having to pay for a warranty on the plants past 30 days.
I have purchased multiple times from fast growing trees and while somethings were reasonably priced recently purchased was more expensive than my local nursery and very small in comparison a lot of the stuff I purchased ended up dying even though I had everything professionally installed the warranty that I purchased on eucalyptus trees was not credited properly I had to go back and have them reissue the proper credit wish they never cover
Sales tax and had to be given in a gift card I just wanted to three eucalyptus trees exchanged they forced me to get a gift card and then I had to re-purchase eucalyptus trees with my credit card which I am still waiting for bid over three months now and have not heard a word from this company I will not be doing business with them in the future there over priced and not very consistent with her product

Fastgrowingtrees sent me a beat up, dead tree. I let them know it was in poor condition when it arrived, and customer support said it just needed to be planted and it would perk up. I gave it good care, but it didn't perk up. When I followed up with the company, they didn't replace the poor product because I hadn't paid extra for the warranty. I'm sorry, but I don't think I should have paid extra for a warranty just to have a quality sapling sent to me.

I ordered two Pampas Grass Plants and when they came, one was healthy and beautiful but the other one was smaller and thinner and had some brown leaves on it. These grasses were expensive and when I called Customer Service to ask for a replacement plant, I was told that it was "Ship Shock" and that the plant would be fine and given a small refund.
Since then, the second one has been planted but it's not growing and flourishing like the first plant is so this has been very disappointing.

So I've ordered several trees. Most of them died and had to be warranty replaced and those died too. Eventually I was given a store credit and those trees died as well. My biggest complaint is that the original trees that I ordered were BEAUTIFUL. The replacements and subsequent trees were absolutely ugly and half dead on arrival. I'm tired of digging and redigging holes and contacting them for replacements. I have bought cheap trees that were much larger at Lowes and Home Depot that are beautiful and thriving. I know that I am NOT doing anything wrong in how and where I plant if the cheap ones are growing like weeds.

Company sent 1 replacements, which also arrived damaged berries in dirt, Brocken stems.

So I ordered 2nd one to match. 2nd one wasn't mountain fire. Some leads look unhealthy. Called the company they sent replacement. Arrived in terrible condition with dead, damaged some bricked and dry leafs.
I purchased an azalea, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Great care was taken in packing it for shipment. I planted it shortly after receiving it, and it's looking healthy. Can't wait to see it bloom!
I paid for the tree warranty. When my trees arrived, one tree was completely trashed. I called and spoke with my 'tree expert' who said she was sending a replacement right away.
5 days later, I have a hole in my yard and no replacement tree to put in it.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
